It's genuinely puzzling how the biased mainstream media crowd sleeps peacefully at night. Their behavior is so obviously malicious at times that they either know it, and don't care, or they don't know it, and they should find a new line of work.
So, here's the rub: Are political figures guilty by association or not? Seems like a simple question, but, as we've seen with the continued mainstream media meltdown pursuant to the presidential election, the answer to this question depends on what political party you belong to.
Here's the latest media freak out which inspired this column. Recently I read a piece in the far-left Washington Post which covered a meeting of knuckleheads who pledged some perverted version of allegiance (a ridiculously obsequious gesture in a constitutional republic and, in this case, an overtly bigoted one) to President-elect Trump by performing the Nazi salute.
Now, rational people would conclude that Trump, who has denounced this outrageous behavior repeatedly, cannot reasonably be held responsible for the deranged actions of a group of people using the aforementioned deranged behavior to garner media attention from a mainstream media bloodthirsty to fill their papers with "Trump is a racist" stories.
But, it's now obvious that, regardless of what Trump says or does in response to these fringe groups, he will be painted as a "racist," because that's the narrative the mainstream media wants you to believe.
