Illegals to receive major benefits by 2017

New Americans to Collect Old-Age, Survivor’s, and Disability Insurance by 2017 from Maggie at Maggie's Notebook

The Courts, lower and higher, have meant little to the Obama presidency, including the Social Security Administration (SSA). Nor is the SSA bothered by your stolen Social Security number, the four thousand people receiving benefits at age 113 or older, and several thousand payments doled out to those born before the Civil War.

We are less than a year away from 700,000 new non-Americans receiving monthly benefits, aside from up to $35,000 in IRS tax credits. At year-end 2014, 541,000 new Social Security numbers were issued to illegals known as DREAMers (DACA) and their parents (DAPA).
DREAMers are "temporarily legal." According to SCOTUS Blog, the president can legally decide to allow illegals not to be removed, but only Congress can decide who qualifies legal status and citizenship –– but what do illegals care when they have access to all the benefits that matter.

Before getting into the details of the additional hundreds of thousands soon to be eligible for our bankrupt Social Security benefits, you may be saying, but those people pay taxes and we are the richer for it:

But by not pursuing this [tracking down false claims], the Social Security Administration takes in more in those taxes, and the government loves collecting taxes. It doesn’t harm the real American whose Social Security number is being illegally used, unless that American is a retiree who then loses part of his Social Security benefits because the government says he is working beyond the threshold amount.

And it might actually benefit the real American, if the government counts the wages and taxes reported by both the legal and illegal worker as part of the real worker’s earnings in determining Social Security benefits, but I’ll bet that that doesn’t happen very often.

However, those additional taxes don’t outweigh an important fact: the Center for Immigration Studies estimates that 30% of native-born American families use some form of welfare program, and that jumps to 51% of all immigrant families, with a whopping 71% of illegal immigrant families using some form of welfare.

We have an annual half-trillion dollar budget deficit, and entitlements are the primary driver of virtually uncontrolled government spending; allowing illegal immigrants to collect welfare benefits is just plain madness.

How many constitutionalists do you believe are among the illegal population? Could you find one –– just one committed the U.S. Constitution? Of course, not. You can't be the one and be convicted about the other.

We are paying illegals to vote. Democrat. None of the above is news, just a grim reminder.
