Governor Snyder recently changed his mind about the Syrian refugees when his office was inundated with citizen calls and state politicians protested that the refugees could not be vetted to insure the safety of state residents.

The City of Hamtramack, Mayor Karen Majewski, said 'we used to have a population of about 45,000 people but it has dwindled leaving us room for about 20,000 and we don't care where they migrate from.'

Hamtramack adjoins Detroit, Michigan and is the first known U.S. city to have a majority of Muslims elected to its city council. It is now nicknamed "Shariaville" - a name that gets reinforced every time the 'call to prayer' echoes across the loud speakers from the numerous mosques in the city.

Detroit City Mayor Mike Duggan's office refused to answer any of our questions on immigration even when we provided the questions staged for an interview with the mayor.

Our bottom line was that Truth Serum already knew the answers since Detroit is a sanctuary city and will protect its residents even if they entered the city illegally.

Canada's Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, put out the welcome mat for refugees and some estimates reveal that Canada will take in as many as 20,000 by the end of February, 2016.

What happens in February of each year along the north border of Canada and the U.S. - well, the St. Clair and Detroit Rivers plus the St. Lawrence Seaway as well as Lake Ontario tributaries freeze over and provide border crossings as close as 1/2 mile in some places along the waterways.

Can an illegal border crossing occur in Detroit? Certainly! All a refugee has to do is walk across the ice from Windsor to the sanctuary city of Detroit. By continuing another 3 miles to Hamtramack, the refugee is almost a resident of a U.S. city run by a Muslim government.

Upon registration as a refugee and guaranteed domicile by the participating municipality, that person entering the U.S. illegally is entitled under law to food, health insurance, education and a place to live while you pay the bill through your tax dollars.

So how feasible is this notion to walk across the frozen waterways?

During Prohibition the supply of alcohol from Ohio dried up. Bootleggers turned to Canada which had favorable liquor laws.

Smugglers began trafficking bootlegged liquor across the Canadian border and into Michigan via the Detroit River, Lake St. Clair, and other waterways between Michigan and Ontario, an area which became known as the “Windsor/Detroit Funnel.”

When the rivers and lakes froze in February, smugglers simply drove across them or skated across the ice, dragging sleds full of whiskey behind. By the time Prohibition took effect nationally, the residents of Michigan and Ontario were well versed in bootlegging, and they perfected their trade during the next 13 years.

Seventy-five percent of all the alcohol smuggled into the United States during Prohibition crossed the border at the Windsor/Detroit Funnel. By 1929 rum running was Detroit’s second largest industry, netting $215 million per year in 1929 dollars.

What will 2016 bring in terms of immigration to the U.S.? No one knows for sure but it seems to have body trafficking written all over it. You need only to do the logical thing - Follow The Money.

What will the responsible state leadership do about intended illegal migration?

Nothing because they will eventually get paid their finders fee, courtesy of the tax payer, per head for each refugee that is registered.

What is the outcome for the refugees . . . they become a burden of the state and federal government and that means you get to support them with your tax dollars and can't even claim them as an exemption when your tax filing date rolls around in April.

Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker, attending a meeting of the National Governors Association, was asked by two Washington Post reporters whether President Obama is a Christian. "I don't know," Walker candidly replied. He has plenty of company.

During the president's reelection campaign in the summer of 2012, the Pew Research Center polled a national sample of registered voters: "Do you happen to know what Barack Obama's religion is?" More than one-third of the respondents — 36 percent — said they didn't know. Only 45 percent identified the president as a Christian; 16 percent said he's a Muslim.

That was the seventh time in a little over four years that Pew had measured public awareness of Obama's religion. The first poll, back in March 2008, had yielded almost identical results — 36 percent couldn't name then-Senator Obama's religion, while 47 percent said he was Christian and 12 percent answered Muslim.

Other pollsters have reached similar findings. In June 2012, for example, Gallup reported that 44 percent of Americans didn't know the president's religious faith. Those in the "Don't Know" camp spanned the political spectrum:

According to Gallup, 36 percent of Democrats, 46 percent of Independents, and 47 percent of Republicans couldn't identify Obama's religion. (In the 2012 polls, one-third or more of respondents said they didn't know Mitt Romney's religion, either.)

The Post didn't explain why its reporters thought it appropriate to ask Walker, a possible GOP contender for 2016, about Obama's religion. Nor did it give any reason for treating Walker's answer as if it were headline news. When one in three Americans is unsure of Obama's religious affiliation, why should the governor of Wisconsin be expected to weigh in on the matter? Why should any public figure be quizzed about an officeholder's spiritual beliefs?

It is to Walker's credit that he wouldn't venture a judgment on something he doesn't know enough about. "I've actually never talked about it," he responded when the Post pressed him to confirm Obama's Christian identity. "I've never asked him that."

Perhaps he should have reminded the reporters that in this country, the theological views of political leaders carry no constitutional weight. "No religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office," the Framers specified in Article VI.

Candidates for president need not be Christian, and it is not the business of any presidential hopeful to gauge the religious credentials of the current White House incumbent. Nor is it the business of journalists to try to goad them into doing so.

"Some figures on the right have consistently questioned Obama's faith, with some suggesting he is a Muslim," the Post story smarmily notes. Even if true, what does that have to do with Walker? Some figures on the left have insisted that Obama is an atheist — but reporters aren't buttonholing Democratic governors to ask whether the president believes in God.

As it happens, Obama's religious biography is confusing and convoluted, as he himself has sometimes readily acknowledged.

"I had a father who was born a Muslim but became an atheist, grandparents who were non-practicing Methodists and Baptists, and a mother who was skeptical of organized religion," Obama told attendees at the National Prayer Breakfast in 2009, two weeks after becoming president.

"I didn't become a Christian until … I moved to the South Side of Chicago after college." In his memoirs, Obama wrote that as a child in Indonesia, he "had spent two years at a Muslim school, two years at a Catholic school," recounting bits of youthful tomfoolery in both.

Over the years, the president has made numerous comments on religious topics, and his messages haven't always been consistent. It isn't hard to understand why a sizeable minority of Americans, to the extent that they think about Obama's religion at all, might be genuinely puzzled to put a label to it. Honest confusion isn't scandalous.

What is scandalous is when the media spring bogus questions on politicians in an attempt to extract an answer that can then be rushed into headlines dripping with insinuation. There are a thousand-and-one issues on which any national political figure can legitimately be expected to have an opinion.

The inner spiritual life of the president — any president — isn't one of them. By all accounts, Walker hasn't the slightest interest in exploiting Obama's faith, and has done nothing to suggest the contrary.

A shame that the Washington Post holds itself to a lower standard.

While past presidents have always invited special guests to sit with their spouses during the annual State of the Union address to the nation, historians have pointed out they usually invited those who either achieved an act of bravery or contributed to the betterment of the United States.

However, President Barack Obama is known for inviting guests to sit with First Lady Michelle Obama to illustrated what he believes are his achievements and his contributions. Such was the case with Obama's special guest on Tuesday night, someone who according to U.S. law is in the United States illegally, college student Ana Zamora.

Several law enforcement officers were angry over Obama's failure to include at least one family member who lost a military or law enforcement serving husband or son such as the two NYPD officers, Det. Rafael Ramos and Det. Wenjian Liu assassinated by a black, Islamist named Ismaaiyl Abdullah-Muhammad Brinsley.

In fact, there were no widows or fatherless/motherless children of soldiers or cops seen with the First Lady, according to former police officer Iris Aquino. "Why would Obama invite them? After all, he and his Attorney General have shown repeatedly their dislike for cops," the Hispanic cop said.

In addition, while boasting about an illegal alien success story, Obama had no one present from the families of two slain California law enforcement officers -- Sheriff's Deputy Danny Oliver and Det. Michael Davis -- who were shot to death in October by an illegal alien released from detention thanks to another new Obama immigration policy."

"Neither President Obama nor Attorney General Holder has expressed a word of outrage over the murders nor expressed sympathy to the families. Oliver left a wife and two daughters. Davis is survived by a wife and four daughters," said an official with the American Civil Rights Union.

White House officials noted that many of the guests were ordinary Americans who had written letters to President Obama. However, the mother of a fallen Mesa police sergeant wrote a letter to Obama last August in hopes of changing immigration laws in the U.S. Police said Mary Ann Mendoza's son, Sgt. Brandon Mendoza, was hit head-on by a driver who had been living in the country illegally for two decades, according to news reports.

"Officials said for much of that time Raul Silva-Corona was wanted for charges including burglary, assault and leaving the scene of an accident. When he was finally captured in 2002, he took a plea deal and was allowed to stay in the United States. That's something Mendoza believes needs to change," stated KPHO TV News. The murdered cop's mother never heard from Obama.

Following Obama's speech, the news media blasted conservative Rep. Steve King, R-Iowa, for calling President Obama's special guest to State of the Union address a "deportable." Even some Republicans felt he should have been more diplomatic, but they noted that he was correct -- Ms. Zamora is by law eligible for deportation. "Obama perverts 'prosecutorial discretion' by inviting a deportable to sit in place of honor at #SOTU w/1st Lady," Rep. King tweeted.

Zamora -- a university student who’s the beneficiary of a tuition-free program thanks to American taxpayers struggling to send their own children to college -- was displayed as an example of someone benefiting from Obama's questionable executive actions.

His unilateral changing of the immigration laws passed by the U.S. Congress permits certain children who came to the United States as illegal aliens to stay in the U.S. without fear of federal law enforcement agents detaining them and bringing them before an immigration judge, according to former police investigator Donald Richmond, an African American cop who worked as an undercover narcotics officer for most of his career. "She wasn't a child or a woman; she is a trophy for Obama to display as if he personally paid for her benefits and tuition," Richmond said.

However, Zamora isn't out of the woods just yet, according to a judge's decision last month. A U.S. District Court judge in Pennsylvania issued an opinion that President Obama's unilateral action on immigration -- which permits some illegal aliens to stay in the United States and work -- is unconstitutional. "President Obama's unilateral legislative action violates the separation of powers provided for in the Constitution as well as the Take Care Clause and is [therefore] unconstitutional," said Arthur J. Schwab.

600 illegal immigrants released from custody

Obama's Executive Action: More than 600 detained immigrants released from ICE custody

Since the Obama administration altered the nation’s immigration enforcement policies in November with the president’s executive actions, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has released more than 600 detained immigrants from custody.

An ICE official explains to Breitbart News that, following Obama’s announcement, ICE instructed its field offices to ensure that the detention of those immigrants in custody remains in line with the updated enforcement priorities.

“That includes detainees who appear to qualify for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Legal Permanent Residents (DAPA), as well those individuals who, based on their case histories, no longer fall within DHS’ specified enforcement priorities,” the official said in a statement Breitbart News.

Those immigrants in custody who meet one or more of those apparent qualifications “are being released from ICE custody under an order of supervision pending a final determination in their cases.”

Racism in America has often been reduced to white-against-black discrimination, and understandably so. After all, it was white colonists who forcibly removed Africans from their homeland and brought them to America to serve as slaves on plantations.

Following the Civil War and the end of slavery in America, this country continued to struggle with racism. It took the dedication of Dr. Martin Luther King and a movement of civil rights activism to further ease the divisions among us.

Racial tension persists to this day, most recently seen in the shooting of Trayvon Martin and the events that followed.

But another kind of racism has emerged, unreported by the mainstream media. I’m talking about Hispanic racism against blacks.

As Latin American immigrants continue to flood the United States, both legally and illegally, discrimination against black Americans is also growing.

In 2011 a large Latino gang located in East Los Angeles was indicted for attempting to forcibly remove a neighborhood of black residents from the San Gabriel Valley. For 15 years, this gang led a campaign of attacks and firebombings on black families living in the town.

Unfortunately, incidents like this are all too common in Los Angeles and in other major U.S. cities.

In Compton, California, the Los Angeles Police Department recently expressed concern over the number of attacks on black families by Latino gangs within the past decade.

Speaking of one particular incident, the Los Angeles Times reported, “A black family — a mother, three teenage children and a 10-year-old boy — moved into a little yellow home in Compton over Christmas vacation.

When a friend came to visit, four men in a black SUV pulled up and called him a ‘n–-r,’ saying black people were barred from the neighborhood, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies. They jumped out, drew a gun on him and beat him with metal pipes. It was just the beginning of what detectives said was a campaign by a Latino street gang to force an African-American family to leave.”

Many Latin American immigrants come from countries where racism has only recently been, or has yet to be, deinstitutionalized. In many countries in the region, according to Tanya Hernandez, professor of law at Fordham University, “both law and practice have discriminated against the region’s 150 million Afro-descendants.”

In Cuba, Afro-Cuban activists claim blacks face discrimination for certain jobs, particularly managerial positions, have poor access to health care and are relegated to poor housing.

In Colombia, 288,000 Afro-Colombians have been forcibly removed from their communities as of 2009 as civil unrest continues to plague the country.

Many countries in Latin America have only recently begun to fight back against the racism within their borders. Colombia passed a comprehensive anti-discrimination law in 2011. Brazil passed an affirmative action law only two years ago.

But as Americans know all too well, racism doesn’t disappear overnight from the hearts and minds of individuals. Dismantling racism requires a generational transformation and then some.

This personal transformation has yet to happen in many Hispanic communities. A Duke University study in 2006 reported 60 percent of Hispanic respondents believed that few or almost no blacks were hard-working or could be trusted.

In light of the ongoing reality of Hispanic racism against blacks, Congress should be very careful when addressing immigration reform. The rule of law must be preserved. Latin American immigrants who come here lawfully must leave their native country’s racial prejudices behind and live peacefully with American citizens of every color.

We are a nation of laws. The rights and dignity of all Americans must be guarded against and protected. Anything less is unacceptable.

The nation united to celebrate Thanksgiving, but as anyone who follows the polls can confirm, it is sharply divided. In many ways, half of those polled see America opposite to the other half.

In early November the Associated Press reported on a survey of 20,168 voters by Edison Research. It included results from interviews as voters left a random sample of 281 precincts on Election Day, November 4. As we know, the results of the election have been interpreted as a sharp rebuke to President Obama and the Democratic Party. Power in the Senate shifted to the Republican Party that also gained more seats in the House and added to the number of governors, bringing them to 29 of the 50 states.

For conservatives that is very good news. Politically Democrats feel so endangered that one of its top voices, Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York just announced that passing ObamaCare was a big mistake, noting that the Party should have focused on the economy.

That is an extraordinary confession and one that abandons the President whose name is associated with the Affordable Care Act. The Democratic Party has been captured by the far Left, but Schumer seemed to be saying it has to move more to the center if it has any hope in the 2016 elections.

The Associated Press reported that “Fifty-four percent of those who voted for Democrats said the country is headed in the right direction, while 88 percent of Republican voters think it’s on the wrong track.” One has to wonder how anyone could learn that one-out-of-five Americans on Thanksgiving Day was using food stamps and conclude this reflects the right direction.

On November 7 The Washington Post reported “With 214,000 jobs added in October, the unemployment rate ticked down to 5.8 percent, the lowest level in six years, even as more workers entered the job market.” The official unemployment rate is widely believed to be half of what the actual rate is nationwide after one factors in data the bureaucrats ignore or fudge.

Not surprisingly, “Nearly 9 in 10 of those who voted for Republicans think the economy is in bad shape, compared with just over half of Democratic voters.” Here again, the difference is perceptions is dramatic with conservatives having a more realistic point of view, but if more than half the Democratic voters think the economy is bad, that suggests the 2016 elections may reflect the recent midterms.

In some ways the AP poll depicted a difference based on what one might deem a more “mature” take on the state of the nation as opposed to those who ignore its problems to hold a more hopeful one, even if the facts do not support that judgement. “Sixty-four percent of Republican voters, but only 30 percent of Democratic voters, think life for the next generation of Americans will be worse than life today.”

The failure to embrace reality over propaganda was dramatically demonstrated by a question about climate change generated a response of “86 percent of those who backed Democrats” calling it “a serious problem”, while two-thirds of Republican voters said it was not.

This means that 19 years into a planetary cooling cycle and a winter that has arrived a month early this year, Democratic voters—liberals—still cling to the belief that climate change, instead of reflecting the lower radiation levels of the Sun, is caused by human activity that generates a trace gas called carbon dioxide, all 0.04% of it in the atmosphere.

In a world where every day brings news of Islamic barbarism in the Middle East and Africa, “only 6 in 10 Democratic voters said they were worried by the threat of terrorism, while “8 in 10 Republican voters” took the threat seriously.

There are social differences between Republicans and Democrats. Of the Republican voters, 87% percent were white, while 61% of voters backing Democratic candidates were; 70% of Republican voters were married, compared with 55% of Democratic ones.

There were other differences among the two sets of voters, but suffice to say that each group lives in its own version of America and there are major gaps in their perception of the nation and the world.

The election reflected that a large portion of the voters demonstrated they prefer a conservative approach to government. If that trend continues—and it likely will—the 2016 elections will represent a major change from the two terms of President Obama and a rejection of his domestic and foreign policies.

Until then America will remain a nation divided politically and, given our diversity, within many social groups defined by gender, race, wealth, and age. Demography, the study of population, suggests that Americans are growing older in larger numbers than other subsets.

Those “old folks” may just be the deciding factor in coming elections.

The cowardice of Republicans

As time goes on, President Obama is becoming much more provocative with the GOP. For example, he met with congressional Democrats, but no Republicans, then announced his long awaited plan for executive amnesty, giving 5 million illegal immigrants a pathway to work permits and relief from possible deportation for 3 years.

After getting shellacked in the mid-terms, Obama has not compromised with Republicans, he moved further to the political left.

It was an audacious announcement that was both unconstitutional and confrontational. It circumvented Congress, and their vital role in this issue, and was, thus, radically different from the last time amnesty was given to illegal immigrants. In 1986, President Reagan did not issue an executive order on illegal immigration; he signed a bill passed by Congress.

Sadly, this President does not care what Congress thinks or does. He has no interest in meeting or working with them. Whether he is acting like a tyrant or an emperor, it is clear that he is not acting in conjunction with Congress.

Now, the $64 billion question is what should the GOP leadership in Congress do? They have several options, such as impeachment, lawsuits or defunding all of the activities associated with this executive action. The least attractive option is to do nothing, but that is what happened today when the congressional Republicans boarded planes and left town.

In the face of a “constitutional crisis” and a lawless President with his unprecedented executive action, the GOP acted like cowards. While House Speaker John Boehner said the House “will act” and that Barack Obama is “damaging the presidency,” he offered no specific response. This is pitiful since Boehner and incoming Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell have known that Obama was going to make this announcement after the mid-term election.

Instead of fighting, Boehner, McConnell and other key Republicans fled the scene in a cowardly way. Of course, Republican leaders are afraid of their big business benefactors who love cheap labor and who applauded the President’s action. Also, they are afraid of being called nasty names by Democrat leaders, the President, Hispanic activists and the liberal media.

They only group the GOP leadership is not afraid of fighting are the grassroots conservatives in their own party. They fight these good patriotic Americans tooth and nail, but play lap dog to the President and his liberal supporters.

Conservatives who are looking for a champion will not be able to find one in McConnell or Boehner or the establishment candidates running for President, such as New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, former Florida Governor Geb Bush, or heaven forbid, Mitt Romney.

Necessary courage may be found among the more conservative presidential candidates like U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) or Dr. Ben Carson. However, if the Republican Party does not start positively responding to grassroots conservatives, these key activists may bolt the GOP.

Conservatives flooded the polls in the mid-term election to restore Republicans to leadership positions in the U.S. Senate and retain control of the House, but to what avail? If the GOP in Congress will not stand up to Obama, what good is having the leadership positions?

Since the mid-term election, the President has moved to the left by signing a climate change agreement limiting our carbon emissions, appointing a very liberal Attorney General, and offering a bold plan to increase government oversight of the Internet. All of these initiatives are threats to this country and they need to be met with a confident and clear response. Republican leaders should explore all political and legal remedies.

Republicans Can Stop Executive Order Amnesty Dead from JB Williams with North American Law Center.org

President Obama, the dictator-in-chief, is set to announce his unconstitutional attempt to circumvent and subvert the constitutional powers of Congress today, Thursday night, as he attempts to single-handedly grant millions of illegal aliens defacto amnesty and then head off to Las Vegas to party with Harry Reid.

Just past noon Wednesday the 19th, the White House posted a Facebook announcement that reads as follows;

“It's time to fix our broken immigration system. Tomorrow night (November 20th), President Obama will address the nation on new commonsense steps he's taking to fix as much of it as he can. Tune in tomorrow at 8pm ET at Whitehouse.gov.”

Does Barack Hussein Obama have any constitutional authority to alter U.S. Immigration and Naturalization laws or rules via Executive Order?

The answer is not just no, it is absolutely not!

What can Congress do?

House Republicans can immediately move to pass a House Resolution declaring that Barack Hussein Obama has no constitutional authority to regulate Immigration and Naturalization rules, delegated as a sole authority of the U.S. Congress.

This resolution will render any Executive Order on amnesty “null and void” on arrival, making it an illegal act for Immigration and Naturalization officials to act on that illegal order.

In short, the American people do not have to sit back and tolerate the abuses of the executive office that have defined the Obama Administration for the past six years.

The people do not have to quietly accept illegal amnesty via executive orders and neither does Congress.

Many hope that Obama does take this suicidal step tomorrow, because it is likely to bring about the end of his tyrannical despotic and fraudulent reign.

A single concern is what lies ahead for Congressional Republicans if they fail to faithfully execute the oaths of their offices and allow Barack Obama to render Congress, the Constitution and our Republic extinct.

Treason is the most serious crime in America and it is a term I do not use lightly, though it is a term I find myself using with increasing regularity.

Treason is defined in the law as – “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution: - “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The President and Vice President, as well as every member of Congress and the US Supreme Court, hold their respective offices under an oath of allegiance to the United States of America, the American people and the US Constitution. In each case, they “owe an allegiance to the United States” and their political power is governed by their carrying out that oath of allegiance.

Any elected official who levies war against the United States or the American people, or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

AMNESTY IS TREASON

In 1986, a Democrat controlled Congress passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act signed into to law by President Ronald Reagan. Democrats in Congress convinced Reagan to sign the reform bill on the condition that it would provide a “one-time” amnesty for an estimated one million illegal immigrants residing in the US at the time, and that all US Immigration and Naturalization laws would be forever thereafter enforced.

Because the Federal Government broke its obligation to the American people by refusing to enforce our immigration and naturalization laws since 1986, we find ourselves facing yet another national disaster and more than twenty-million illegal invaders in our country demanding equality with all “legal” American citizens.

For anyone in the federal government to adhere to our enemies by providing aid and comfort within the United States, granting any degree of citizenship rights to people who have broken into our country illegally with the purpose and intent to subvert our laws and alter the social demographics of our nation, is an overt act of treason.

The American people have spoken… NO AMNESTY for illegal invaders. The outcome of the 2014 elections provide a clear statement by the American people that they are fed up with a federal government that works to undermine America, the Constitution and the American people by aiding and abetting enemies with ill intent towards America.

REPUBLICANS ARE IN CHARGE NOW

Prior to the 2014 elections, Republicans were hamstrung by a Democrat controlled White House and Senate. The 2014 elections changed that dynamic. As of January 2015, Republicans are in charge…

• The House –249 Republicans to 186 Democrats
• The Senate –54 Republicans to 44 Democrats
• State Governors –32 Republicans to 17 Democrats
• State Legislatures –68 Republican to 30 Democrat
• Full State Control –23 Republican to 7 Democrat

This means that as of January 2015, Republicans can no longer blame Obama or his Democrats for what is happening in our country. Because Republicans have all the necessary power to stop Obama’s democratic destruction of our Constitutional Republic at both the federal and state levels, Republicans are now 100% responsible for everything that happens next in America.

NO AMNESTY – NO TREASON

Over 70% of legal American citizens have said NO to any form of amnesty. They have repeatedly called for the vigorous enforcement of our existing immigration and naturalization laws and a closing of our borders.

Obama is promising to commit treason by serving illegal invaders interests against the interests and demands of the American people. In so doing, he threatens the Rule of Constitutional Law and our entire system of self-governance via the separate and independent authority of the three branches of government.

Obama’s tyrannical amnesty plan threatens national sovereignty and security, states’ rights and the rights of the American people to self-determination in the running of a government intended to be of, by and for the legal American citizens, not illegal aliens.

But it is now Republicans who are in the hot seat… They have the power to stop Obama’s tyrannical dictatorship dead in its tracks and if they fail to use that power, they become complicit in the treason.

The oaths taken to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States are very real. It is the sole basis upon which the American people have entrusted them to these offices.

AIDING AND ABETTING

To forgive open violations of our laws, our sovereignty and our security, by millions of illegal invaders and grant them equal status to all legal law-abiding citizens is aiding and abetting enemies of the United States on United States soil.

Aiding and abetting illegal invaders against the will of the American people is a direct violation of the oaths of office and as such, it is a blatant act of treason. It is an overt act to destroy the social fabric of American society and alter the political demographics for an anti-American agenda.

Before the 2014 election, Obama and Democrats were on the hook alone for these acts. But after the 2014 election, Republicans have all the power they need to stop this anti-American agenda and hold all behind it fully accountable under the law.

If Republicans do not STOP AMNESTY by any measure, enforce existing immigration and naturalization laws and hold Obama fully accountable for his many acts of treason against our country, they will be complicit in the treason themselves.

At that point, the American people have every right and obligation to hold both Democrats and Republicans fully accountable for an anti-American agenda, to the full limit of the law.

The Obama Administration has committed countless acts of treason against the United States over the past six years. If they are allowed to commit another overt act of treason via amnesty for illegal aliens, Republicans MUST stop playing politics and immediately move for impeachment of the most impeachable administration in U.S. history.

The North American Law Center (NALC) has openly called for Impeachment, along with countless others like LTC Allen West, Sarah Palin and Gen. Jerry Boykin. NALC even issued a carefully crafted set of Articles of Impeachment and is working with The United States Patriots Union and Veteran Defenders of America to advise members of congress of impeachment.

If Republicans do not act swiftly and decisively to protect the Constitution and Rule of Law, then they MUST be held accountable by the American people who just elected them to right these wrongs. If Republicans fail to do what Americans elected them to do, it will be akin to declaring war against the American citizens on behalf of illegal invaders.

Republicans will get ONE CHANCE to do right by the American people. If they fail, the people have every right and duty to take matters into their own hands. If that happens, Republicans will be responsible for it

It’s becoming increasingly apparent President Barack Hussein Obama will eschew our constitutional system of separation of powers and coequal branches of government to implement immigration reform by executive order — completely unconstitutional and represents rule by edict, not governance by rule of law.

This isn’t just bad policy, it’s a complete violation of policy due to abject belligerence and tyrannical rule.

However, it wasn’t too long ago I posed a question — what if the Obama administration policy of allowing an influx of tens of thousands of illegal immigrants into America this summer and subsequently dispersing them was related to the mysterious respiratory illness afflicting American children — known as the Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) – in effect a form of biological warfare?

Of course, yours truly was pummeled by those who just don’t want anything to be questioned — even if it’s a policy that has led to the deaths of American children.

This week, Judicial Watch reported, “The “humanitarian crisis” concocted by President Obama to let tens of thousands of illegal immigrant minors stay in the U.S. has fueled a deadly respiratory virus epidemic that’s struck American kids across the country and killed at least nine.

Virtually nonexistent in the U.S. before the recent influx of illegal alien minors, the lethal Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) is associated with severe respiratory illness and is known to come from Central America. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from mid-August to the end of October state public health laboratories have confirmed a total of 1,105 people in 47 states and the District of Columbia with respiratory illness caused by EV-D68.

What the agency conveniently omits is that the deadly virus was first discovered in cities with large numbers of relocated illegal immigrant minors, officially identified by the government as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC).”

I’m utterly amazed by the media’s complete lack of coverage on this. And in the case of a possible executive amnesty order, this issue takes on a whole new meaning — a policy that has resulted in spreading an epidemic across our country. It’s as if we’re being distracted by the “Ebola crisis” while we’re not heeding what’s happening to our children.

Here are the facts not being promulgated.

Judicial Watch writes, “The EV-D68 epidemic coincides with the barrage of Central American minors that entered the U.S. through Mexico over the summer. Hundreds of American kids have been sent to hospital emergency rooms in more than 40 states with unprecedented polio-like paralysis associated with EV-D68.

By September 8 hospitals in a dozen states were reporting cases of EV-D68-like infections and by mid-September 153 patients were confirmed as having the virus in 18 states, the news site reports. By October 538 victims-mostly young children-were confirmed to have EV-D68 in 43 states, according to information provided by the CDC, and by the end of the month confirmed infections reached 998.

That’s 300 times the infection rate during a period that spanned more than three decades, from 1970 to 2003.”

Over at the Daily Caller, they’ve postulated on the issue of relating this epidemic to the Obama open border policy saying,

“The question can be settled if federal researchers study the genetic fingerprint of the EV-D68 viruses that first hit kids in Colorado, Missouri and Illinois to see if they are close relatives to the EV-D68 viruses found in Central America. Officials ”have to do the genetic analysis” to disprove or prove the link, Nora Chapman, an enterovirus scientist at the University of Nebraska, told The Daily Caller.”

This topic represents a huge elephant in the room that health specialists don’t want to discuss. The Daily Caller says, “a series of government researchers, health experts and academics refused to comment, or else urged self-censorship, when they were pressed for statistical and scientific data that would exonerate Obama and his deputies.

“I would just steer away from that— it is not helpful, so why bring it up,” said Lone Simonsen, a professor at George Washington University’s Department of Global Health and the research director of the university’s Global Epidemiology Program.

“A better angle [is] ‘We’re just learning what this outbreak is all about,’” she told The DC. Columbia University researcher Rafal Tokarz, one of the nation’s top experts on the EV-D68 virus, declined to comment to TheDC about the impact of Obama’s border policies.

“I cannot comment… and at this time it would not be appropriate for me to do so… I would really rather not comment,” he said in email conversations.”

Could this truly be a massive cover up by our own government — while our own children who are being sickened? Why not do the genetic analysis and confirm or deny the originating point for this current EV-D68 virus?

Can this be just another instance of politics overriding policy in America? Failure to rectify this situation through genetic analysis only spurs on the growing mistrust of the Obama administration — and this is a valid inquiry, not “tin foil hat” speculation – isn’t the health of our own children worth resolving this issue?

Or can it be that no one wants a “panic” moment at a time when it seems the president wants to push amnesty — and who approved the dispersion of these UACs across our country in the first place? Shouldn’t they have been quarantined, checked for health issues and possibly vaccinated?

We’re so focused on the Ebola issue and while the EV-D68 virus is far less dangerous than Ebola, it also may be harder to counter because it has now spread throughout the United States. There is no vaccine for EV-D68, so health experts expect more victims.

So just look at the picture of Jayden Broadway, 9, who was diagnosed with EV-D68 in early October.

Is this what we have become in America? This is shameful.
