Obama's Executive Action: More than 600 detained immigrants released from ICE custody

Since the Obama administration altered the nation’s immigration enforcement policies in November with the president’s executive actions, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has released more than 600 detained immigrants from custody.

An ICE official explains to Breitbart News that, following Obama’s announcement, ICE instructed its field offices to ensure that the detention of those immigrants in custody remains in line with the updated enforcement priorities.

“That includes detainees who appear to qualify for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) or Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Legal Permanent Residents (DAPA), as well those individuals who, based on their case histories, no longer fall within DHS’ specified enforcement priorities,” the official said in a statement Breitbart News.

Those immigrants in custody who meet one or more of those apparent qualifications “are being released from ICE custody under an order of supervision pending a final determination in their cases.”

A person claiming to be a member of a cartel said they have kidnapped a border agent and threatened the agent's life, according to police.

Border Patrol is making contact with all personnel in the Rio Grande Valley sector at this time.

They have now confirmed that all agents working the day of the threat have been accounted for.

Now, they are working to verify all those off-duty at the time of the threat are safe.

The caller dialed 9-1-1 yesterday and said they have kidnapped a Border Patrol agent, La Joya Police Chief Geovanni Hernandez confirms.

The La Joya Police Department contacted Border Patrol and the FBI, Hernandez said.

A Border Patrol spokesperson did not confirm the threat, but they did confirm the agency is doing an accountability check of all agents stationed in the RGV sector.

Right now there are more than 3,000 Border Patrol Agents stationed in the Rio Grande Valley.

The Border Patrol now claims that all of its agents are accounted for. Kidnapping and murder of police officers in Mexico is not an uncommon event. Sooner or later the cartels will realize they can cross the border and operate in the Southwest with impunity and Obama will do nothing.

This story may be a hoax today but in the near future it won’t be.

Immediately following a massacre at the hands of a U.S. Army Major who, before killing 13 American soldiers, was the first person to inject Islam into “workplace violence” by shouting “Allahu Akbar,” the president appeared at a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs.

Before mentioning the tragic events at Ft. Hood, Obama apparently felt it was imperative to give a cheerful “shout-out" to the recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom, Dr. Joe Medicine Crow.

In 2009 the president delayed statements that condemn domestic terrorism to acknowledge a Native American; now, in 2014, Barack Obama has directed his comments to those who oppose his executive amnesty, citing ineligibility to protest the invasion if a protestor’s ancestry is not directly rooted in America.

Desperate to defend his push to “fundamentally transform” the nation against the will of the American people, many of whom are of European descent, Obama told a Chicago audience:

If you look at the history of immigration in this country, each successive wave there have been periods where the folks who were already here have said, 'Well I don't want those folks.’

With those words, the president sent a message to his critics that there was once a time when white people weren’t welcome in America either. That cheap shot was an attempt to rally support for amnesty by reminding those gathered in Chicago that when they arrived here Europeans also met with anti-immigrant sentiment.

The kicker is that he then added this caveat: “the only people who have the right to [object to immigration] are some Native Americans.”

By making such an absurd statement, Barack Obama expressed the opinion that the only ones who have a legitimate right to oppose an invasion by “those folks” are Native Americans, because they were in America first.

The president’s skewed logic is that those whose ancestors he believes conquered Native Americans have no right to object to being conquered.

In addition, Obama, who favors one race, identifies with the liberal tribe, and seems to loathe bitter Bible clingers, chided the audience by pointing out: “Sometimes we get attached to our particular tribe, our particular race, our particular religion, and then we start treating other folks differently[.]”

Yeah! And the one “treating other folks differently” would be you.

Different or not, what is plain is that in Obama’s opinion, the descendants of those who he thinks subjugated Native Americans should accept a modern-day Christopher Columbus named Barack Obama who, like the Columbus of old, is also “governing as he pleases.”

After all, according to Obama, Christian European colonizers oppressed the indigenous people, so six centuries later those with Christian European lineage had better not grumble.

For all intents and purposes, Obama conquering and transforming America may very well be the president's version of Native American reparations. Executive amnesty could be Barack’s way of teaching the descendants of White Europeans what being occupied feels like.

One sure way to share the pain is by importing the Third-World diseases that are currently infecting and killing healthy Americans with things like Enterovirus D-68, MDR-TB, and Chagas. In a way, Barack is doing what many on the left accuse White European settlers of doing, which is to expose an uncontaminated population to diseases to which they have no immunity.

The problem with the logic of the traveler of 57 states (not counting Alaska and his highly dubious birth state of Hawaii) is that his type of vindictive compensation is rooted in historical fiction.

If a present-day American’s heritage includes a relative migrating to the U.S. from anywhere else in the world and said individual is disqualified from expressing an opinion on illegal immigration, then Native Americans should be disqualified too.

In addition to archeological evidence that claims humans were in North America thousands of years before Native Americans arrived, over the years genetic clues have indicated America’s first colonists migrated from Siberia. It is believed that the people Obama refers to as native, much like the illegal aliens who walk across the border into the U.S., actually walked across the ice from Russia to what is now called America.

More recently, scientists in Denmark extracted DNA from a juvenile skeleton from a Siberian site in Mal'ta, Russia near Lake Baikal that was found with miniature Venus sculptures similar to small figurines made by European hunter-gatherers.

Scientists now believe it’s quite possible, based on that and a newly discovered sequenced genome, that one-third of Native American genes come from west Eurasian people linked to the Middle East and Europe, not solely from East Asia as previously thought.

What science indicates is that unbeknownst to Barack Obama, the very people he’s using as a weapon to suppress criticism of his attempt to circumvent the Constitution were migrants too.

Worse yet, it could be that one-third of those Obama said are the only people who have the right to object to illegal immigration actually originated from the same part of the world as those Obama says have no right to complain: Europe.

So try as he might to justify his lawlessness by endeavoring to inflict guilt on Americans for having a heritage in countries other than America, the truth is that the supposedly native peoples Obama is politically exploiting are not native at all.

The crux of the issue is that the only individuals indigenous to one part of the world are those who originated in the “cradle of civilization.” Everyone else, including American Indians, migrated and then settled far from home.

If the president is maintaining that modern-day Americans have no right to complain because their ancestors trekked to the New World from somewhere else, then neither do Native Americans. And as nightmarish as it might be for Obama’s liberal fantasy, both modern-day illegals and Native Americans may actually possess the same DNA as the European New World explorers Barack Obama seeks to vilify.

Racism in America has often been reduced to white-against-black discrimination, and understandably so. After all, it was white colonists who forcibly removed Africans from their homeland and brought them to America to serve as slaves on plantations.

Following the Civil War and the end of slavery in America, this country continued to struggle with racism. It took the dedication of Dr. Martin Luther King and a movement of civil rights activism to further ease the divisions among us.

Racial tension persists to this day, most recently seen in the shooting of Trayvon Martin and the events that followed.

But another kind of racism has emerged, unreported by the mainstream media. I’m talking about Hispanic racism against blacks.

As Latin American immigrants continue to flood the United States, both legally and illegally, discrimination against black Americans is also growing.

In 2011 a large Latino gang located in East Los Angeles was indicted for attempting to forcibly remove a neighborhood of black residents from the San Gabriel Valley. For 15 years, this gang led a campaign of attacks and firebombings on black families living in the town.

Unfortunately, incidents like this are all too common in Los Angeles and in other major U.S. cities.

In Compton, California, the Los Angeles Police Department recently expressed concern over the number of attacks on black families by Latino gangs within the past decade.

Speaking of one particular incident, the Los Angeles Times reported, “A black family — a mother, three teenage children and a 10-year-old boy — moved into a little yellow home in Compton over Christmas vacation.

When a friend came to visit, four men in a black SUV pulled up and called him a ‘n–-r,’ saying black people were barred from the neighborhood, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies. They jumped out, drew a gun on him and beat him with metal pipes. It was just the beginning of what detectives said was a campaign by a Latino street gang to force an African-American family to leave.”

Many Latin American immigrants come from countries where racism has only recently been, or has yet to be, deinstitutionalized. In many countries in the region, according to Tanya Hernandez, professor of law at Fordham University, “both law and practice have discriminated against the region’s 150 million Afro-descendants.”

In Cuba, Afro-Cuban activists claim blacks face discrimination for certain jobs, particularly managerial positions, have poor access to health care and are relegated to poor housing.

In Colombia, 288,000 Afro-Colombians have been forcibly removed from their communities as of 2009 as civil unrest continues to plague the country.

Many countries in Latin America have only recently begun to fight back against the racism within their borders. Colombia passed a comprehensive anti-discrimination law in 2011. Brazil passed an affirmative action law only two years ago.

But as Americans know all too well, racism doesn’t disappear overnight from the hearts and minds of individuals. Dismantling racism requires a generational transformation and then some.

This personal transformation has yet to happen in many Hispanic communities. A Duke University study in 2006 reported 60 percent of Hispanic respondents believed that few or almost no blacks were hard-working or could be trusted.

In light of the ongoing reality of Hispanic racism against blacks, Congress should be very careful when addressing immigration reform. The rule of law must be preserved. Latin American immigrants who come here lawfully must leave their native country’s racial prejudices behind and live peacefully with American citizens of every color.

We are a nation of laws. The rights and dignity of all Americans must be guarded against and protected. Anything less is unacceptable.

After six years of putting up with his eldest son actively working with those crazy racist white folks in the Tea Party against the first black president, my 86 year old black dad has finally begun to understand why.

A lifelong Democrat, dad contributed to the GOP shocking victory in Maryland by voting Republican in the 2014 midterm. It has taken me six years to convince Dad that Conservatism is much better for everyone than Liberalism. Dad is old school with basic beliefs.

Democrats are for the working class little guy. Republicans are for the rich. Oh, and Republicans are also racists.

So, you can imagine the challenges I faced trying to re-educated him. Dad believed the Tea Party was racist because he heard it on CNN. I said, “Dad, I travel the country on the Tea Party Express tour bus. And, they allow me to sit upfront. However, I prefer riding in the back because there is a large TV back there and I can watch all the football games.” Dad chuckled.

I know what you are thinking. Lloyd, why haven't you turned your dad on to Fox News? I have tried. I do not know why he rejects Fox and conservative talk radio. Still, I am working on it folks. I am working on it.

With the biased MSM as his main news source, Dad is a low-info voter. I have been working on Dad, educating him one issue at a time. Dad is a good guy, warm and compassionate. I am trying to get him to use his common sense and instincts for right and wrong rather than getting caught up in the Democrats' and MSM emotional manipulative spin on issues.

We chatted about illegal immigration. Dad has been a Christian pastor for over 50 years. He is still the pastor of four churches; driving several miles to visit the sick and shut-ins.

“Dad, remember when mom used to get annoyed at people who used you and your church?” Dad chuckled. I do not recall Dad ever turning away anyone in need.

Mom was frustrated with people who did not want to contribute in anyway to Dad's ministry; never attending a single service or listening to a sermon. All they were interested in was the freebies available at the church; food, clothing and so on.

They wanted Rev. “My-cus-sin” (Marcus), never did get his name right, to perform their weddings and funerals for free. They expected Dad to show up at their homes or hospitals in the middle of the night in times of crisis, despite never setting one foot in Dad's church. Still, Dad faithfully did it all. He was functioning on a higher level; God's Love.

I told Dad that the illegals flooding across our borders have the same we're-just-here-to-take mindset that frustrated mom. They do not want to assimilate. Heck, they could not give a rat's derriere about what it means to be an American.

Illegals proudly fly their Mexican flag and are offended when our kids wear American flag t-shirts to school on Cinco de Mayo. Illegals receive entitlements that are unavailable to U.S. Citizens. They have no desire, nor is there a pressing need for them to learn English.

While liberals claim that poor humble illegals are quaking in their boots “hiding in the shadows”, illegals are boldly and arrogantly protesting in our streets, demanding entitlements and that they not be deported. Illegals claim a moral right to be in our country, while blatantly breaking and ignoring our laws.

The spin promoted from the bully pulpits of the MSM and White House is anyone who does not turn a blind eye to illegals breaking our laws, making demands and abusing our system is a hardhearted racist.

Meanwhile, a mysterious polio-like illness has paralyzed 75 kids across America. A rare Enterovirus D68 is causing an outbreak across 45 states sickening nearly 700, mostly children. Illegal alien minors are also spreading dengue fever, swine flu, tuberculosis and possibly Ebola.

Obama's open border policy has delivered over 300,000 illegals, 75,000 of them are children who directly entered schools across America without proper examinations and so on.

It has been exposed that many of the illegals are gang members and drug dealers.

As inconceivable as this is to imagine, it does appear that one man, exploiting the historical aspect of his presidency to break the law at will, may be allowed to fundamentally transform America. Obama via executive action unilaterally imposed amnesty for 5 million illegals, plus the 75,000 children who invaded our country and their parents.

If Republicans do not stop Obama's insanity, one characterless out-of-control arrogant evil liar will fundamentally transform America. That is totally unacceptable.

Years ago, I wrote a satirical article to illustrate illegal immigration and how we are expected to deal with it. I was shocked that many people thought my fictional scenario was true. Their reaction spoke to how crazy, brain dead and emotion driven the topic of illegal immigration has become and what people think of our government.

In my fictional parable, I came home to discover that a family had taken up residency in my backyard storage shed. Displaying remarkable arrogance and a sense of entitlement the squatters refused to leave arguing that they were simply seeking a better life. Their TV, computers and etc were powered with an electrical cord plugged into the exterior outlet of my home.

Infuriated, I asked the police and City Hall to remove the trespassers from my property. Upon local government discovering the race of my invaders, I was accused of being selfish, cruel and using the law to hide my hateful racism. Suddenly, I began witnessing a migration of my trespassers' relatives and friends into my backyard; littering my property with tents, makeshift shelters and old vehicles.

The city cited me for numerous code violations which included all the dangerous electric cords and bizarre hook-ups into my electrical power source. I was ordered to immediately upgrade my electrical power to meet the needs of my current and potential new residents.

From that point in my imaginary tale, the pandering to my trespassers by my local government got even more outrageous. You get the idea. Folks, this is exactly what is happening in our national home, America.

Illegals are showing up and making outrageous demands. The Obama Administration is siding with them. The reality of the situation is just that simple.

Imagine, “Jeopardy” game show host Alex Trebek saying, “The lawless man who fundamentally transformed America.”

If we do not politically stop him, the correct Final Jeopardy question will be, “Who is Barack Hussein Obama?”

Amnesty is Treason

Treason is the most serious crime in America and it is a term I do not use lightly, though it is a term I find myself using with increasing regularity.

Treason is defined in the law as – “Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”

The oath to be taken by the president on first entering office is specified in Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution: - “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

The President and Vice President, as well as every member of Congress and the US Supreme Court, hold their respective offices under an oath of allegiance to the United States of America, the American people and the US Constitution. In each case, they “owe an allegiance to the United States” and their political power is governed by their carrying out that oath of allegiance.

Any elected official who levies war against the United States or the American people, or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

AMNESTY IS TREASON

In 1986, a Democrat controlled Congress passed the Immigration Reform and Control Act signed into to law by President Ronald Reagan. Democrats in Congress convinced Reagan to sign the reform bill on the condition that it would provide a “one-time” amnesty for an estimated one million illegal immigrants residing in the US at the time, and that all US Immigration and Naturalization laws would be forever thereafter enforced.

Because the Federal Government broke its obligation to the American people by refusing to enforce our immigration and naturalization laws since 1986, we find ourselves facing yet another national disaster and more than twenty-million illegal invaders in our country demanding equality with all “legal” American citizens.

For anyone in the federal government to adhere to our enemies by providing aid and comfort within the United States, granting any degree of citizenship rights to people who have broken into our country illegally with the purpose and intent to subvert our laws and alter the social demographics of our nation, is an overt act of treason.

The American people have spoken… NO AMNESTY for illegal invaders. The outcome of the 2014 elections provide a clear statement by the American people that they are fed up with a federal government that works to undermine America, the Constitution and the American people by aiding and abetting enemies with ill intent towards America.

REPUBLICANS ARE IN CHARGE NOW

Prior to the 2014 elections, Republicans were hamstrung by a Democrat controlled White House and Senate. The 2014 elections changed that dynamic. As of January 2015, Republicans are in charge…

• The House –249 Republicans to 186 Democrats
• The Senate –54 Republicans to 44 Democrats
• State Governors –32 Republicans to 17 Democrats
• State Legislatures –68 Republican to 30 Democrat
• Full State Control –23 Republican to 7 Democrat

This means that as of January 2015, Republicans can no longer blame Obama or his Democrats for what is happening in our country. Because Republicans have all the necessary power to stop Obama’s democratic destruction of our Constitutional Republic at both the federal and state levels, Republicans are now 100% responsible for everything that happens next in America.

NO AMNESTY – NO TREASON

Over 70% of legal American citizens have said NO to any form of amnesty. They have repeatedly called for the vigorous enforcement of our existing immigration and naturalization laws and a closing of our borders.

Obama is promising to commit treason by serving illegal invaders interests against the interests and demands of the American people. In so doing, he threatens the Rule of Constitutional Law and our entire system of self-governance via the separate and independent authority of the three branches of government.

Obama’s tyrannical amnesty plan threatens national sovereignty and security, states’ rights and the rights of the American people to self-determination in the running of a government intended to be of, by and for the legal American citizens, not illegal aliens.

But it is now Republicans who are in the hot seat… They have the power to stop Obama’s tyrannical dictatorship dead in its tracks and if they fail to use that power, they become complicit in the treason.

The oaths taken to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States are very real. It is the sole basis upon which the American people have entrusted them to these offices.

AIDING AND ABETTING

To forgive open violations of our laws, our sovereignty and our security, by millions of illegal invaders and grant them equal status to all legal law-abiding citizens is aiding and abetting enemies of the United States on United States soil.

Aiding and abetting illegal invaders against the will of the American people is a direct violation of the oaths of office and as such, it is a blatant act of treason. It is an overt act to destroy the social fabric of American society and alter the political demographics for an anti-American agenda.

Before the 2014 election, Obama and Democrats were on the hook alone for these acts. But after the 2014 election, Republicans have all the power they need to stop this anti-American agenda and hold all behind it fully accountable under the law.

If Republicans do not STOP AMNESTY by any measure, enforce existing immigration and naturalization laws and hold Obama fully accountable for his many acts of treason against our country, they will be complicit in the treason themselves.

At that point, the American people have every right and obligation to hold both Democrats and Republicans fully accountable for an anti-American agenda, to the full limit of the law.

The Obama Administration has committed countless acts of treason against the United States over the past six years. If they are allowed to commit another overt act of treason via amnesty for illegal aliens, Republicans MUST stop playing politics and immediately move for impeachment of the most impeachable administration in U.S. history.

The North American Law Center (NALC) has openly called for Impeachment, along with countless others like LTC Allen West, Sarah Palin and Gen. Jerry Boykin. NALC even issued a carefully crafted set of Articles of Impeachment and is working with The United States Patriots Union and Veteran Defenders of America to advise members of congress of impeachment.

If Republicans do not act swiftly and decisively to protect the Constitution and Rule of Law, then they MUST be held accountable by the American people who just elected them to right these wrongs. If Republicans fail to do what Americans elected them to do, it will be akin to declaring war against the American citizens on behalf of illegal invaders.

Republicans will get ONE CHANCE to do right by the American people. If they fail, the people have every right and duty to take matters into their own hands. If that happens, Republicans will be responsible for it
