Dear God, to you we pray . . .
On this precious Thanksgiving day;
That every breathing and thriving creature . . .
Living and roaming;
On this wondrous earth you created . . .
Will be blessed and fulfilled;
With the grace and warmth . . .
Only you can bestow on our hearts!
Protect our country . . .
Our troops and their families;
Every man woman and child . . .
Along with the entire planet;
So we can all feel . . .
True love and peace;
Towards our fellow human beings . . .
No matter what race, creed;
Political party or religion they may be . . .
Now, always and forever, Amen!
We thank and praise you Lord . . .
