CPAC 2015 featured a number of unlikely and unacceptable alleged candidates for president including big mouth Donald Trump and deadbeat Carly Fiorina.

Of course Trump is just in it for the branding boost and the ego massage, which actually makes sense in a Kardashian sort of way.

But how could Fiorina possibly think she's a credible candidate? She ran once for the Senate in California and lost. To top that off she stiffed her consultants for thousands of dollars in bills she still refuses to pay.

Other than the odd bankruptcy, I think even Trump pays his bills. But enough of the sideshow candidates.

There were solid presidential candidates at CPAC and you can have the benefit of my opinions and abuse in this week's Newsmax column.

Facebook 2016: Would you vote for Christie?

Yesterday's question asked on Facebook is would you vote Chris Christie in 2016 from Patricia Walston at the Altanta Elections Examiner

Is This Guy Suitable for the U.S. Presidency

An unofficial poll on Facebook might indicate how people are feeling about Chris Christie running in 2016. The poll was taken on Facebook over the last twelve hours beginning on November 14, 2014 and the majority of responses were a resounding, “No.”

With the recent election behind America, many are already looking toward the 2016 election that will place a new president in the White House.

Names are popping up all over and not the least that of Chris Christie. Many would say what happens in New Jersey stays in New Jersey; but the interest is mounting all across the nation about his prospect of running for president.

There were ten likes which might indicate that they would vote for him or they were not sure. The question was asked in the photo to vote “yes” or “no.” The post also brought up the incident where he told a heckler to sit down and “shut-up.”

If Chris Christie told you to sit down and “shut-up,” what would you do?

The answers using graphic profane language has the offending word “bleeped” but the comment was not deleted. Most of these comments came from a New Jersey Facebook page.

No - No Christie is a pragmatist who leans slightly to the right - No - No - Depends whom he is up against - (Bleep) No! - I like him but not for president - No, but I do support him being the Donut Czar for whoever the next GOP president might be - I like him but I hope he will stay being Governor in NJ we need him to clean up the messes the last two Govs made - Nope, won’t vote for him again - Not any more - No (bleep) way! He's a progressive idiot. No way is he presidential material - I absolutely would vote for him again - No - (Bleep) NO!!! Just say NO! TO another RINO - No more (bleep) rinos - I like how he fought the unions when he first got in. Since then he's done nothing but close bridges and eat Twinkies . . . .
