Judge smacks down Mosby in Baltimore

From the web files of Colonel Allen B. West

Once again, Prosecutor Marilyn Mosby seems to be having difficulty grasping fundamentals of the practice of law.

Andrew Branca for Legal Insurrection Reports:

Indeed, she’s now reduced to making exactly the same errors she only recently accused opposing counsel of making.

In this most current instance, Mosby’s motion for a gag order on the Freddie Gray case has been rejected, reports the Baltimore Sun (h/t Conservative Treehouse).

The reason? She filed her motion in Circuit Court on May 14, but while the matter was still jurisdictionally in the lower District Court. The matter was not moved into Circuit Court until May 21, a week later.

Ironically, in Mosby’s motion opposing defense counsel’s efforts to have her recuse herself from the case the Prosecutor argued that it was improper of the defense to make that argument in District Court, where the matter then rested, knowing as they did that the case would end up in District Circuit Court.

Curiously, a Mosby spokeswoman refuses to say whether the Prosecutor intends to re-file the motion in District Court, stating,”We’re not going to litigate this case in the media and discuss our trial strategy.”

Republicans lose faith in party leadership

From the files of Jeff Crouere at Ringside Politics on WLAE-TV 32 in New Orleans, LA

I Really Wonder If There Is A Difference

A new Pew Research Center poll shows that America is unhappy with the GOP led Congress. In fact, Americans are disgusted as Republican congressional leaders only registered a 22% overall approval rating.

What is especially significant is that the poll shows this anger is bi-partisan. Only 41% of Republicans approve of the performance of the GOP congressional leadership. This is much lower than the 60% approval rating GOP leaders received in 2011 and the 78% approval rating they received from Republicans in 1995, months after the party took control of Congress for the first time in 40 years.

There is a major difference between the congressional leaders of today and those at the helm in 1995. During that era, Newt Gingrich was Speaker of the House. In the November 1994 elections, Americans sent Republicans to Congress with a mission, enact the Contract with America.

Led by Gingrich, the Congress was actually able to get some tangible goals accomplished by moving then President Bill Clinton to the right. As a result, Clinton signed into law bills that lowered capital gains taxes and established welfare reform. Even more miraculous, a significant budget surplus was created.

Gingrich was an unabashed conservative, who truly believed in the concepts of lower taxes and less government. Unfortunately, today, the GOP leadership in Congress, specifically Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House Speaker John Boehner, are typical establishment Republicans who have been on Capitol Hill too long.

They are opposed to the Tea Party and true conservatives and have no interest in real reform or following the wishes of grassroots Republicans.

Just four months after the Republicans took control of the Senate and House, most of the GOP electorate has lost faith in congressional leadership. It is no surprise since nothing has been accomplished except the Keystone Pipeline bill, which President Obama vetoed, and the House passed bill ending abortions after the 20th week of pregnancy. On almost everything else, there has been rhetoric, but no action.

Despite the fact that almost every Republican congressional candidate campaigned against Obamacare and the President’s executive amnesty for five million illegal aliens, Congress voted to fund both programs. The Senate approved the radical nomination of Loretta Lynch as Attorney General and just gave Obama a major victory by approving legislation giving him more power to enact trade deals.

This trade promotion authority would force Congress to accept the upcoming Trans-Pacific Partnership between the United States and 11 other nations without any amendments. It would require Congress to schedule an up or down vote on the trade pact, creating “fast track” legislation.

Many conservatives are leery of any trade deal that gives the President more power and might lead to the further dissolution of American manufacturing jobs. Both Boehner and McConnell are supportive of this agreement, which critics label as another gift to big business at the expense of middle class America.

After passing a trade deal, McConnell will turn to renewing the Patriot Act, despite major NSA abuses and a significant invasion of the privacy of ordinary Americans. It is another issue that pits GOP leadership against the majority of Republicans.

Clearly, congressional Republicans are not advancing a conservative agenda or stopping President Obama. This betrayal of conservatism is reflected in the Pew poll. The stage is now set for the 2016 presidential race where true conservative candidates will be facing establishment backed candidates like former Florida Governor Jeb Bush.

If an establishment Republican is nominated, millions of conservatives will be disgusted and will bid farewell to the GOP. This will insure that the Republican Party, which has lost the popular vote in 5 out of the last 6 presidential elections, will lose again.

Dems do what they accuse Republicans of

From the Jeannie DeAngelis column at the American Thinker

Click Here to Visit Jeannie DeAngelis Online
Psychological projection is the tendency to project one’s own negative qualities onto someone else.

That is exactly the element at work within a political party that has forged a reputation for accusing its political adversaries of what they’re guilty of doing themselves.

Last year, Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) took a lot of heat from the left when he made the comment that free school lunches offer children a “full stomach and an empty soul.”
Ryan’s point was that a meal provided by a loving mom is more gratifying and dignified than being spoon-fed from cradle to grave by a cold, bureaucratic Nanny State.

The indignant left trumpeted Ryan’s message as follows: Republicans want to starve poor children to death!

Now, just a year later, a school lunch program overseen by Mrs. Okra, I mean Obama, implements exactly what liberals accused Ryan of endorsing.

From the looks of things, the left was jockeying to orchestrate bureaucratic food deprivation, because based on what’s showing up on lunch trays lately, it appears that Democrats didn’t want to be outdone by Republicans in the starvation department. Currently, under the guise of healthy eating, the School Nutrition Association, together with Mama Obama, metes out food portions so meager and paltry that Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids are fast becoming ravenous and emaciated.

Besides, if that young upstart Paul Ryan had managed to convince Americans that hearty bagged lunches were the way to go, how, pray tell, could Calorie Control Central continue to serve a 6’5” high school football players a cup of fruit, a cup of vegetables, two ounces of grain, two ounces of meat, and a cup of milk and pass it off as lunch?

Back in 2012, when speaking with Al Sharpton of MSNBC’s Politics Nation, left-wing congressman Barney Frank (D- MA) accused Ryan of wanting kids to starve. Frank told Sharpton:
These are right-wingers who have this philosophy, going back to Ayn Rand that says we should not come together to do things for the common good. That individualism is the answer, and that everybody should be on his or her own. So feeding poor children, cleaning up the atmosphere, putting out fires in older cities: those are things for which they would deny funding.
Based on the “accuse others of what I’m guilty of” premise, Barney’s statement certainly explains why the proponents of “cleaning up the atmosphere” have the largest carbon footprints, and why those who are so concerned about “putting out fires in older cities” are the ones starting unquenchable fires everywhere from the Middle East to Ferguson, Missouri. Moreover, it also clarifies why the left considers it part of the “common good,” by way of the school lunch program, to deliberately deprive growing children of adequate nutrition.

After all, when government does such a bang-up job of breaking what doesn’t need fixing and worsening what needed only minor repairs, Barney Frank is right – far be it from me to believe the baloney that “individualism [in the form of a PB&J sandwich] is the answer, and that everybody should be on his or her own.”

It was during the heated FY2012 budget debate that Paul Ryan’s economic “path to prosperity” dared to suggest repealing Obamacare and (heaven forbid) privatizing Medicare.

The left was apoplectic, and even came out with an ad that featured a Ryan lookalike pushing an elderly “grandmother” off a cliff. Erica Payne of the Agenda Project, the progressive group sponsoring the ad, said America’s elderly would be put in a “bad spot” if Ryan’s “immoral” budget deficit plan passed.

In response, Fox News host Neil Cavuto accused Ms. Payne of “fear-mongering,” saying, “You are saying that an attempt to rein in the growth of an entitlement program that … [is] going to be running out of money five years earlier than we thought is akin to pushing Grandma over a cliff?”

Yes, Neil, that is exactly what Erica was saying. Because just as with the deplorable school lunch program, liberals were accusing the right of making the immoral choices liberals themselves had plans to enact. The difference is that their idea involves literally seizing control over life and death. In fact, the brother of Chicago mayor Rahm Emanuel, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, chair of the Department of Medical Ethics and Health Policy at the University of Pennsylvania, admitted it.

As one of the architects of Obamacare, the good doctor does not recommend euthanasia per se, but he does believe that medical care should be denied after the age of – ready for this? – 75, which would make way for what oncologist James Salwitz calls the “75 Plan.”

Much as Michelle Obama feels qualified to determine what Americans should and shouldn’t eat, apparently Zeke has decided he’s qualified to dictate when Americans should or shouldn’t die. Emanuel argues, “Society and families – and you – will be better off if nature takes its course swiftly and promptly.”

Dr. Emanuel said that at age 65, he intends to stop diagnostic tests, and at 75, unless he’s going for palliative care, he will no longer visit the doctor. That kind of talk coming from an Obamacare architect/advisor forebodes a future where Medicare funding is stopped at a predetermined age. In other words, health care is about to be school-lunch-sized.

There you have it. Liberals accuse Paul Ryan of starving children and wanting to throw Granny off a cliff.

Then, the first chance they get, via a government-funded school lunch program, Ryan’s accusers withhold food from the very children they claim need to be fed. And, for so-called cost efficiency, they would save old ladies from Paul Ryan just so they can dump both Granny and her wheelchair over the Obamacare cliff.

Socialism in U.S. gaining steam

From the files of Colonel Allen B. West

Read the West Files Online
I know there are many times y’all just want hearty red meat and sadly this current government allows me to provide you with a steady helping. However, there are times when I need to clarify a few things in order for you to be better informed citizens — not mindless lemmings and subjects.

The first tenet of a socialist agenda is to nationalize production. What that means is the central government begins to usurp more of the private sector functions of a nation and put it under its control.

Let me start with a pretty scary exercise. Examine the ten planks offered by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels in the Communist Manifesto and ask yourself — how applicable is this to America today?
1. Abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels.
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly.
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc.
What is happening in our America, an exceptional Constitutional Republic just 238 years old, is a rapid advancement of government-centered economic activity.

Let’s look at the healthcare system — which I admit needed reform — however, one-sixth of our economy is being shifted to government control. Do we truly believe the federal government can provide better insurance coverage and access than the private sector?

Just ask yourself what would happen in the private sector if a website went down for three weeks? Or what would happen if some 800,000 customers received inaccurate tax data?

There is no real accountability in the public sector for failure, and that’s exactly what we see occurring with the Affordable Care Act — actually a tax measure that created 20 new taxes. Sure, there were some key items that needed to be corrected, such as coverage for pre-existing conditions. And if parents wanted to maintain their “children” on their insurance coverage, so be it.

But nearly 160 new agencies and bureaucracies is not the way we fix healthcare in America. Instead we have created an unwieldy behemoth funded by the American taxpayer.

Can there be fair competition between the public and private sector? Hardly, because government doesn’t operate based on profit and loss. When in trouble, it just makes itself more money, by raising taxes.

Never forget, if the government decides it can compete in the market, its funding is borne on the backs of you — regardless of the slick progressive socialist lexicon of “investments” — sadly government investment “spending” has a very low rate of return.

And no, healthcare is not a right. It is a privilege provided through equality of opportunity in this great nation. For those less fortunate, there are safety nets, but they are not meant to be a permanent solution. And for those who believe in Medicaid for all, that is an expansion far beyond its original intentions.

And speaking of government telling you what you have a right to…remember the Community Reinvestment Act of President Jimmy Carter?

That venture, circa 1978 and subsequent government intrusions into the mortgage industry, led to the financial collapse of 2008. Yes, someone decided that mortgage-backed securities were a good investment. Someone decided that separation of commercial and investment banking was not a good decision — therefore government repealed the Glass-Steagall Act.

Today, we now have GSEs (Government Sponsored Enterprises) that control nearly 90 percent of the mortgages in our America. What happened to small community banks making those home loans? Now, I fully support the VA home loan program.

Why? Because veterans earned that privilege. Yet here again, we see the government nationalizing our free market production and on the backs of the American taxpayer who ended up having to “bail out” those who the government allowed to create the subprime mortgage crisis.

And if you’re not paying attention, percentage rates for down payments are being lowered, in some places from 20 percent to 3 percent. Why, and who will be on the hook all over again — yep, the American taxpayer. This is what happens when we don’t pay attention and allow government to assume expansive control of our production.

There is nothing too big too fail — and that includes government. Dodd-Frank has done nothing but enable further intrusion into the banking industry and resulted in small community banks, the lifeblood for small businesses, to become slowly almost obsolete.

On a related note, another part of the Affordable Care Act was the government usurpation of college student loans. Now American college students no longer have any competitive options for loans — just the government. The government raised college loan interest rates to help fund the expansion into healthcare — remember all those new agencies and bureaucracies?

Healthcare, banking, mortgages, small business loans, college student loans, and more welfare nanny-state dependency — this is what progressive socialist policies bring. It’s not about individual economic freedom but rather collective shared prosperity — meaning shared misery.

It is an ideology that has failed place it has been tried — and it’s certainly not part of the grand experiment promoting the indomitable entrepreneurial spirit that gave us this impressive country in just 238 short years.

And for those who feel America isn’t impressive or exceptional, and requires fundamental transformation, just be honest and tell us if this is what you really want to transform our Republic into. No more slick slogans, just be honest – of course we know that’ll be a challenge because progressive socialism can only advance through lies, deception, coercion and intimidation.

And I close by saying this: the person who can clearly distinguish and explain the difference between American greatness and fundamental transformation will win in 2016. The former advances liberty. The latter uses tyranny to advance collective subjugation.

Sharpton sees red over all white Oscars

Al Sharpton Seeing Red Over All-White Oscars from the Warning Signs by Alan Caruba at Facts-not-Fantasy

Know Caruba's Warning Signs
I do not care who was nominated for the 2015 Oscars and I care even less about what the Al Sharpton has to say about the fact that this year no blacks were nominated in any category.

The Oscars are about films, not race, but you wouldn’t know that from all the nonsense about the “all white” nominees this year. Back in 1998 the same thing occurred and maybe it had something to do with the films that year?

Sharpton has shown a talent for getting involved in various events over the years claiming racial connotations; beginning with the lies he told about Tawana Brawley in the 1980s, alleging she was a victim of rape that led to a defamation suit he lost in 1998. Flash forward and you have a man whom The New York Times reports has “more than $4.5 million in current state and federal tax liens against him and his for-profit businesses.”

Visit Caruba Online
This is the same man who has been rubbing elbows lately with the President of the United States (!) and hailed as a civil rights icon at a recent fund-raising event by New York Mayor Bill de Blasio and Governor Andrew M. Cuomo. Obama hailed him for his “dedication to the righteous cause of perfecting our union”, whatever that means. As The Times reported, “Major corporations sponsored the lavish affair.”

There is the reek of corruption surrounding Sharpton that speaks poorly of the high ranked politicians who lend him credibility and the corporations that help underwrite his blatant exploitation of racial events such as those in Ferguson, Missouri. It does not speak well of MSNBC that has provided him with a television show as a platform devoted to stirring up resentment among blacks.

Read the Caruba Files at Facts-not-Fantasy

“The lack of diversity in today’s Oscar nominations is appalling,” Al Sharpton said “and while it is good that Selma was nominated for ‘Best Picture’, it’s ironic that they nominated a story about the racial shutout around voting while there is a racial shutout around the Oscar nominations.”

The Oscars are not about “diversity.” They are the result of the voting by some 6,000 members of the Motion Picture Academy. The Hollywood Reporter noted that 94% are white, 77% are male, and 86% are age 50 or older.

The Academy, however, has demonstrated its support for black films and performers dating back to 1939 when Hattie McDaniel won a Supporting Actress Award for her role in ‘Gone with the Wind.’

The list of black actors and actresses who have either been nominated or won Oscars is rather impressive and includes Sidney Pointier, Louis Gosset Jr, Denzel Washington, Whoopi Goldberg, Halle Berry, and Morgan Freeman among the 44 black actors nominated. Others include Ethel Waters in 1948, Dorothy Dandridge in 1954, James Earl Jones in 1970, to name just a few.

The attention the Oscars get is based on the films Hollywood produces, many of which are quite forgettable. The award show is one of the most tedious shows on television bar none. Am I upset because one of my favorite actors and directors, Clint Eastwood, was left out of the director category?

No. Am I miffed because Jennifer Aniston, another favorite of mine, did not receive an acting nomination? No. I am a fan, but whether they win a prize or not is of little importance to me.

I am at the point where every new film seems a re-run of every earlier one I ever saw. Others are merely cartoonish violence. I am sure some good films are being made, but I no longer have much interest in films these days.

As for “Selma”, I remember the actual event and that was dramatic enough. On top of that, I later personally met Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and had a short chat with him. He was an extraordinary man. The film received a best picture nomination, but I am under the impression that it has not drawn much of an audience.
I have reached an age where the analysis of every event in American life seems to come down to race, gender or some other factor often unrelated to what is occurring. We are too often a nation of unrelenting complainers unwilling to see what a great nation it is.
I can only speak for myself when I say I am deeply offended by the antics of Al Sharpton because he’s unhappy this year’s Oscar nominees are “white.” Last time I checked, not paying your taxes was a crime.

Oh, by the way, I will not be watching the Oscar awards. Other than the State of the Union speech, it is one of the most boring annual shows on television.

A confrontation with Progressive politicians

Our inevitable confrontation with our Progressive masters from the files of Ken LaRive at the Lafayette Examiner
Anthony Sutton quotes [T]he power system continues only as long as individuals try to get something for nothing. The day when a majority of individuals declares or acts as if it wants nothing from the government, declares that it will look after its own welfare and interests, then on that day the power elites are doomed.
Progressive Politics have done more to enslave this country then any other ideology in the history of The United States of America, and because of the virtual size of our country, most likely in the history of mankind.

They have grown offshore mega-monopoly international corporations that have taken nearly all American industry from our mainland, but for the building of weapons and tools of war. They have stolen our rich individualistic heritages, infiltrating our schools and the minds of our children with dependency for them... and have rewritten history to favor their agenda. They have destroyed our civil liberties and Constitution by decree in increments, so that a busy and trusting populous would not notice.

They have displaced our gold reserve with paper printed out of thin air, promoted a welfare state on one side and a state of constant war on the other, for profit and control. They have divided us by race, color and creed, and promoted false flags to hate each other, and as they isolate us from the rest of the world on one hand, they promote a one world order on the other, built on the mutual destruction of countries that do not fall in line... and collateral damage is thought to be justified.

Their international arms dealings supply weaponry to both sides of a conflict, and make money no matter who wins, as they are in control of our monetary system, our news and entertainment, and have recently acquired one third of our GDP with socialized medicine, a massive document that went unread before voting... It is treachery of the highest order, as we are most effectively controlled and dominated by voluntary servitude.

In the name of security and protection, even from our own responsible decisions, our country sovereignty and our individual Liberty are forfeit.

So effective, they can demand your child by a draft... to send your sons and daughters to war for international corporate and banking profit, exchanging their lives for a piece of colored cloth and painted pot metal... and so propagandized, you actually feel honored.

The power and scope of government has grown exponentially, building massive underground cities, new provocative weapons of mass destruction, experimenting with global weather, genetics, space weapons, apocryphal sciences and industry, and all for the primary purpose of furthering the effectiveness of their covert operations to remain in power.

They have lied, stolen, cheated and schemed... as they promote fear, anger, frustration, and many negative emotions for an agenda, and use us all as both pawns and sheep to shear. They use religion to keep us subdued, by the threat of labels and liable marque, and have placed themselves above international law.

Their abilities are not realized until after the fact, as they use their influence by scientifically sound methods of persuasion and deception that stimulate the bending of human nature. They are faceless, well hidden in the depth of corporations and loop holes, and their front men and women are just like you and I, those who participate but can only see their own compartment, their small microcosm of influence, with an admitted limited understanding of the broader picture.

We feel no negativity, no guilt, no responsibility for our collective actions, as you are only required to concentrate on your department's black bottom line...

The Progressive masters come of age...

In order to truly understand the scope of what I will present here, an understanding of the transition between the Guided Age and the Progressive Era must be studied separately. It is too convoluted and complex for an essay such as this. In fact, a whole encyclopedia could be written of the amazing events and manipulations that transpired.

Those years, between about 1870 and now, the Progressive ideology have propped up our society by rule of law. Hungry manipulators eyed the potential of this country long before the Declaration of Independence were signed...

But that transition, fully visible in the study of our history, started with a so-called Republican President, Theodore Roosevelt, the Progressive movement faltering during the next presidency of Taft, and then continued full-force by Woodrow Wilson. It was under his Presidency, a truly amazing and magic moment for bankers, 1913, who promoted the institution of debt slavery called the Federal Reserve Act.

It was the year our country was sold out, and our future given to master-manipulators, with no moral compass... And from that time, increment by increment, we have become debt slaves, and have relinquished our civil liberties and our very Constitution has been suspended, forfeited deceleration of due process by new additions to the NDAA, and the entire Patriot Act, force-fed to us all while we celebrated Christmas.

In the middle of this amazing betrayal, by covert means, manipulation of generated and orchestrated fear have been induced into the populous by the events of 9-11, as they have by World Wars, and our country is being dismantled and sold to the highest bidder.

We are not even allowed to do an audit of the Federal Reserve, and quite amazingly, our own Fort Knox. So powerful, not even Ron Paul could demand it, even as he sat on the board of the Gold Commission... We are not allowed to see a public audit on what is still in Fort Knox, since the 1930s.

One must understand the politics of the Guided Age and the forgotten presidents... The industrialization and big business in the North both before and after the Civil War. We have to study and understand the giant trusts of that time that monopolized one industry after another, and must study the consequences of the Pendleton Act which then created the Civil Service Act.

And the stars of this spectacular show are men like Andrew Carnegie, and the promotion of something called vertical integration. Who were men like John D. Rockerfeller, and his Standard Oil Company? ...and oh, what is a “robber baron?” ...and on, what is a "carpet bagger"?

Railroads, organized labor and the National Labor Union, stimulated of the Depression of 1873, for further power and control. Glance over the Great Railroad Strike, the Homestead Strike, and the Pullman Strike, and out of the violence emerged the American Federation of Labor.

The AFL. Urbanization and Immigration umbrellas resided over a new and more powerful Political Machine. Jain Addams, Hull House, settlement houses for the immigrate, dealing with Native American resentment and the Dawes Severally Act of 1897 that forbade Indians from owning land... Wow.

Then, The Populous Party, the McKinly Tariff... The ramification of Cleveland's second term and the loan for $60 million from J.P. Morgan, and what was his interest? ...the convolution of Coxey's Army, and William Jenning's Bryan's deliverance of his famous “cross of Gold” speech...

An era was manifesting itself into the very fabric of government growing in singular and self serving visions in the middle, I speculate, of a forgotten war, the Spanish American War, fought over the island of Cuba. And glance at the contributions, and warnings of William Randolph Hurst and Joseph Pulitzer.

And though the war only lasted a few weeks, we seized the Philippines, Puerto Rico, and Cuba.... The big stick of Teddy Roosevelt was waved at the world in defiance, though we were told to speak softly, and then the overt and timely introduction of Progressiveness by Teddy Roosevelt, a Republican, started the ball moving.

No sir, it wasn't the so called Democrat,Wilson, who started it, but he sure picked up the ball from the Democrat's side. Taft was between, and though Roosevelt was a friend, did not, according to the Progressive Standard, continue his policies. He introduced the noteworthy Payne-Aldrice Tariff and the Progressive Republican or Bull Moose Party, was over-ripe and ready when Wilson took office...

Finally, enters Woodrow Wilson, and the New Freedom. The Underwood Tariff became manifest, and it seemed that these were regulating big business, supported the labor movement, but under the covers made a monumental decision to reform our National Banking System with the Federal Reserve, and it became an independent company, above and held unaccountable by our Congress or law, as described in the Federal Reserve Act of 1913.

Like machine gun fire he passed the Clayton Anti-Trust Act that paved the way for progressive bills, and he signed into law the Warehouse Act, the LaFollette Seamon's Act, the Workingman's Compensation Act, and the Adomson Act.

He then ordered General John “Blackjack” Pershing to invade Mexico to go after the bandit Pancho Villa.... And this is where I would like to bracket here... because what we have now, from the military industrial complex and the big international banks that finance church states and dictators, promote Middle east oil and Saudi Arabia, who lobby for control of our Congress, the violent takeover of Iran by England's dictator called The Shaw, Germany and Japan prior to WW2, Russia and the Bolshevik Revolution, Korea and Vietnam, and our police actions directed by international business and banks, the horror and lies of 9-11, and all it was, and still is, formulated by a formidable power structure, a lattice work of central banks that originate in Europe and England.

Their influence has successfully dominated and infiltrated into the very core of our government, and is what historians are now calling, a “shadow government.”

And though some may call it now a coup, jump started after the assassination of President Kennedy, it has continued to nationalize, by coercion and fear, breaking the very backbone of a free and open society, and our primary source of truth, the media, is controlled. Movies and television, newspapers and magazines, are dominated by a Progressive mindset that has sustained and grown government to unbelievable power and influence, and a congress and lobbying matrix that puts business and banking concerns before the good of our nation.

We have men in office holding duel citizenship, with allegiance and loyalty to a separate homeland... And in the process, as I will emphatically state again... we have become debt slaves, with a shredded Constitution and disunited civil liberties.

My observance...

Twice I have traveled through Ashville, North Carolina, and had to stop at the Baltimore Mansion. Of all of the places I have visited in thirty-one states, nothing I have found is more breath-taking. I remember the gardens as we drove up, and a herd of wild horses running through a picturesque landscape of rolling hills, with stands of ancient oaks surrounded by manicured lawns, is amazingly beautiful... The Mansion can not be described by the average person... The riches, the grandeur, the unimaginable wealth is beyond comprehension.

How could a family amass such a fortune . .

I remember well the survival stories of my great uncles and grandfathers, who fought in WW1. All of them said they were lucky to have returned. “The total number of military and civilian casualties in World War I was over 37 million: over 16 million deaths and 20 million wounded, ranking it among the deadliest conflicts in human history.” And they came home to a changed country no longer in control by we the people, and a national debt beyond comprehension at the time, 25 billion. (Today it is 18.1 Trillion.)

I mention this for one reason only, to show that some may forfeit everything for war, everything they own, their country, their loved ones, their livelihood, and their very life... forcefully drafted, while others became rich beyond the common man's wildest dreams...

The Government raised money by selling "Liberty Bonds," and Americans were coerced to buy these bonds to help pay for the war. Countries in Europe had high food and fuel prices, low paying and few jobs, but not so in the United States immediately after the war.

We had the Roaring Twenties going on, and industries, such as DuPont, were making synthetics, and the Marijuana Stamp Act destroy the hem industry . Their competition... At the same time government was telling us we can no longer drink alcohol... and through all of these distractions Progressiveness marched unimpeded.

The US economy was still strong, however, and the government had more money than it needed.... Amazingly, this so called “budget surplus” actually shrunk the Nation's debt to around $17 billion... but paid to whom?... And for a short time, the stock Market was kicking, and some corporations who had supplied the war effort had made some men very rich, or even richer. One of these men was a man named Vanderbilt. He lived in the Biltmore mansion.

Again, in a nutshell:

The U.S. Government had more money than it needed to pay for the services it provided. This is known as a budget surplus. Not like today...

The Government's debt shrunk from $24 billion to around $17 billion. Not like today...

There was also a rise in profits from the stock market, which helped make some people rich. Just like today...

My family, who were farmers here in Louisiana, did not fair very well, just as all farmers at the time.... The price of commodities dropped to a new low, and they could only get about 20 percent of what they could before the war.

Land price went through the roof, and farmers could not expand... If a bushel of corn before the war sold for $10, for instance, after the war it sold for $2. And they survived in this environment, raising their children, plowing their sixty acres with a horse... surviving both dust bowls and the years after “Black Tuesday,” October 29, 1929, because that was the mettle of an American back then, before our minds were taken from us.

A small side note, when Americans tried to unite...

“On July 17, 1932, thousands of World War I veterans converged on Washington, DC, set up tent camps, and demanded immediate payment of bonuses due to them according to the World War Adjusted Compensation Act of 1924 (the original act made the bonuses initially due no earlier than 1925 and no later than 1945).

Walter W. Waters, a former Army sergeant, led this "Bonus Army". The Bonus Army was encouraged by an appearance from retired Marine Corps Major General Smedley Butler; as a popular military figure of the time, Butler had some influence over the veterans.

A few days after Butler's arrival, President Herbert Hoover ordered the marchers removed, and US Army cavalry troops under the command of General Douglas MacArthur destroyed their camps.” Secret Societies and Their power in the 20th Century

Butler, although a self-described Republican, responded by supporting Franklin D. Roosevelt in the 1932 US presidential election.

By 1933 Butler started denouncing (crony) capitalism and (lawless) bankers, saying as a Marine general he had been "a racketeer for capitalism."

He said: “War is a racket.”

Identity Politics: Fool Us Twice, Shame on Us from the files of Lloyd Marcus, The Unhyphenated American

Visit the Lloyd Macus Website
The root cause of the major issues devastating America is Obama – an outgrowth of who he is as a human being, his lack of character, and what he believes.

Listing all of America's woes directly caused by Obama would take up far too much of this article – the flood of infected and unskilled illegals, the spread of ISIS, the devastating fatal consequences of Obamacare, Ebola in the U.S., over 90 million unemployed, the disappearance of the 40-hours-a-week job, our failing economy and more.

Yes, I am going to be a bit tacky. I tried to tell y'all back in 2008 – my black family, white friends and associates – but none of you would listen. I kept thinking, am I the one who is crazy? Will anyone even consider looking beyond his race and taking a good look at Obama, the man?

Instead, you verbally beat me up and called me an Uncle Tom for not going brain-dead with you and making an immoral, racist decision to pull the level for Obama solely because he is black. Well now look atcha.

We have an insidious liar who hates America as founded and a blame-everyone-but-himself narcissist running our country. As our nation crumbles, everyone is running around asking, like in the Marvin Gaye song, “What's goin' on?”
Folks, Obama is what you get when you sell your soul to identity politics, placing surface appearances above character, substance, and properly vetting candidates.
And doggone it, it looks like many Americans are about to be manipulated into making the same stupid mistake again when Hillary Clinton throws her bonnet into the ring, running as the first female presidential candidate.

The MSM will ignore all her scandals and disastrous policy failures. Hillary's gender will be the major qualifier for her to become leader of the free world. Sadly, millions of Americans will go brain-dead and vote for her, suckered again by identity politics.

The same way O.J.'s defense team worked black Americans into a frenzy against white America, causing millions of blacks to rally around Simpson while ignoring the fact that he practically beheaded the mother of his children, Democrats and the MSM will play America's women against America's men.

Come election day, the Democrats and MSM will have low-info voters believing that any man not voting Hillary Clinton for president is obviously a Neanderthal, a wife-beater, an abortion clinic bomber, or a Christian throwback chauvinist who desires to keep women barefoot, pregnant, and in the kitchen (without a dishwasher).

Rest assured that there will be dudes guilt-ridden for being born with testicles who will become metrosexual brain-dead zombies and vote for Hillary to prove they are not who the MSM and Dems say they are. It will be just like how a lot of whites voted for Obama to prove they were not racist. Think my gender-guilt prediction is over the top? The left has successfully brainwashed many white kids into feeling guilty for being white.

My fervent prayer is that the number of us “thinking” Americans – who will honestly assess who Hillary is as a person, her character, and the direction she plans to take our country – will outnumber the knuckleheads and low-info voters.

Could anyone have imagined the crazy political times in which we now live in America? To look beyond surface appearances such as gender and skin color and select our leaders based on who they are inside and their vision for our nation is now considered extreme, racist, sexist, and hateful.

And yet, this is where the left's political correctness has taken us in America today.

Despite six years of Democratic Party and MSM slander, lies, and spin, at the heart of the Tea Party are decent, patriotic Americans who seek to elect honest, character-driven candidates who will place the best interest of our country and the American people above personal gain and secret agendas.

I have been screaming this for years, folks. Character does matter!

My favorite teller at my bank is a middle-aged Hispanic immigrant. She and her husband came to America over 20 years ago and love this country. The other day, she expressed her sadness and frustration with the direction our country is going, with low-info voters and political corruption.

The bank teller said her son was doing very well in a local school for special-needs kids. For political agenda reasons, the state closed down the affordable school. Her options for educating her special-needs son are now priced through the roof.

I told her that the most disturbing and eye-opening reality I have learned since getting involved, traveling the country working to elect conservatives (as chairman of the Conservative Campaign Committee), is that far too many politicians have agendas other than the best interest of We the People.

Call me corny. Call me naïve for expecting otherwise.

I would be remiss in not mentioning that during my travels, campaigning across America, I have been blessed to have crossed paths with real deal honorable conservative candidates: Joe Carr, Chris McDaniel, Ken Cuccinelli, and Joe Miller, to name a few. These are the good guys, folks.

Patriots, we must do everything in our power to educate low-info voters so they will not be played again by political correctness, conned by Democrats and the MSM into voting identity politics over character and substance.

I have faith that America is strong enough to recover after enduring eight years of a far-left radical empty black suit in the Oval Office. I am less confident in our ability to restore our great nation back to the vision of our Founding Fathers after several years of a leftist empty dress at the helm.
