Leftists Can't Admit the Obama Economy Stinks


Obama's economy stinks and the overwhelming majority of Americans know it.

Yet the Obama presidency remains afloat, with regard to his personal approval ratings, because of his personal appeal to Democratic Party voters, and we all continue to suffer for their willful blindness. The media, as usual, is not doing any of us a favor by continuing to ignore the recent troubling polling data about the economy and the direction of the country.

This is unsurprising because the data is devastating and shows how the Obama years will be forever remembered for their "feel good" lingo and "feel bad" results. As reported in Zero Hedge this week:

"Gallup reveals that people are viewing the economic outlook to be much worse than current conditions. While both components are getting worse, the economic outlook plummeted. The score of -22 reflects 37% of US adults saying the economy is 'getting better', while 59% say it's 'getting worse'."

The bad news doesn't end here. Another data point which indicates the deep level of despair the Obama economic agenda has caused is the answer given by Americans to the survey question, "Is the country on the right track, or the wrong track?"

As of this month, a staggering 66% of Americans believe the country is on the wrong track. With this clear and conclusive evidence that the country's leaders are failing, you may ask yourself how it is that Barack Obama remains personally popular.
