U.S. judge thrashes Obama administration

A shared media report from the files of Colonel Allen B. West

Visit Colonel Allen B. West Online

A U.S. judge on Thursday blasted the Obama administration’s motion to dismiss a lawsuit brought by Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives over the implementation of the Democratic President’s signature healthcare law.

Reuters Reports:
Republicans in the House filed a lawsuit in November, saying administration officials unlawfully bypassed Congress.
At issue are executive changes authorizing Treasury payments to healthcare insurers without the funding being agreed by Congress and delaying implementation of the law’s employer mandate, which required employers with more than 50 employees to provide healthcare coverage.
U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer, appointed by Obama’s predecessor, Republican George W. Bush, repeatedly interrupted U.S. Justice Department lawyer Joel McElvain during the hearing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Justice Department lawyers argue that the House lacks standing to sue, citing a section of U.S. law that means the House would have to prove it has been directly harmed.
“So it is your position that if the House of Representatives affirmatively voted not to fund something … then that vote can be ignored by the administration, because after all, no one can sue them?” she asked.

President of Turkey blasts New York Times

Compiled as a shared news report from Colonel Allen B. West

“As a newspaper, you (the New York Times) should know your place,” he said in a televised speech in Istanbul. “You are meddling in Turkey’s affairs by writing something like this.

According to AFP Reports:
The New York Times had on Friday published a editorial entitled “Dark Clouds Over Turkey” that was deeply critical of Erdogan’s rule, and accusing him of a crackdown ahead of the polls.

In a growing controversy over media rights in Turkey ahead of June 7 legislative polls, Erdogan blasted an “impolite” editorial in the New York Times last week which he said “literally gave orders to the United States.”

“As a newspaper, you (the New York Times) should know your place,” he said in a televised speech in Istanbul.

“You are meddling in Turkey’s affairs by writing something like this. By publishing this editorial, you are overstepping the limits of freedom,” he said.

Colonel Allen B. West named CEO of NCPA

NCPA names Colonel Allen B. West its new CEO

Meet Colonel Allen B. West, CEO at NCPA
There are times when opportunities come your way, which just humble you and such has happened for me.

I have the honor of being named the CEO of the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA), a free-market/free-enterprise policy think tank headquartered in Dallas, Texas. This position will afford me the opportunity to have an impact on the development of policy positions, which will advance economic growth, individual opportunity and restore the promise of America for current and future generations.

Read the NCPA press release here.

My vision for NCPA is for it to become exactly what its name suggests – the “National Center for Policy Analysis.”

I see NCPA being the hub of policy analysis with collaborative efforts alongside other entities as its “spokes. Growth is aimed towards our economic practices and policies. Opportunity seeks to promote those policies and the concept of “equality of opportunity” versus that of “equality of outcomes” – and that starts with a good quality education.

Lastly, promise refers to securing the American Dream stating that regardless of where you are born or from where you come, you are endowed with the right of “pursuit of happiness” and NCPA will advocate for the policies enabling everyone to pursue – as opposed to policies that give a “government guarantee” of happiness.

My goal is for NCPA to be the preeminent Constitutional Conservative policy analysis entity, not advocacy group. We want to align ourselves with the fundamental principles of governance of America as a Constitutional Republic and promote the principles of limited government, fiscal responsibility, individual sovereignty, free market economy, and strong national defense.

As we examine the policies in synchronization with the governing philosophy and principles, we become focused not on party but rather effective and efficient governing policy – and we must be able to simply articulate that in the public sphere.

NCPA’s current focus is on tax, retirement, healthcare, energy, education, and raw material policy. As we further develop NCPA as a policy center and nexus, the objective is to expand to the three legs of security – economic, energy, and national. We seek not only to advocate to elected federal lawmakers, but to be “America’s Think Tank” by becoming a repository of information where Americans can turn to find principled analysis. That means we want our message to reach the kitchen tables of everyday Americans – the middle income family.

And we want to hear back from you, my fellow Americans, to garner your input and also your ideas. Most of all, I look forward to expanding our base of volunteers at NCPA and our next generation group of interns who will set the stage for our future statesmen and women.

Why these three categories of security? They will keep our think tank on target and purpose-driven.

Economic security assesses the tax, regulatory, government spending, and monetary reforms that affect the advancement of a free market economic system. In this leg we also must continue to address the issue of healthcare reform and spending considering it is one-sixth of our economy. It is critical that we never lose sight of free market ideals and solutions – not government-driven.

Our economy has drifted to one drive more by government spending driven than the free market – and critical to that are our small businesses. We must examine our budgetary process — how can we move away from the baseline process towards a zero-based budget — and what the true solutions are for the mandatory spending side of our budget. We must slow down the debt clock.

Energy security is vital, as we should be producing, consuming, and exporting our energy resources here in America. Part of the 21st century battlefield is energy resources – just look at how Vladimir Putin leverages it against Europe. NCPA can be a leader in analyzing the full spectrum development of our energy resources – an energy Manhattan Project. And this leg promotes our economic growth, offering better opportunities for Americans — as we see emanating from the Bakken fields in North Dakota.

Lastly, nothing matters if we fail in the number one responsibility of the Federal Government: “To provide for the common defense.” NCPA can be a voice that objectively identify what a 21st century U.S. military force should look like to meet the challenges of this battlefield with non-state, non-uniformed unlawful combatant belligerents and the adversarial nation-state actors.

Our think tank has to be versed in national security policy and how the current threat environment shapes our force structure — not the defense industry or budgetary constraints. Defense policy has to return to the premise of “peace through strength,” but it must be based on a fiscal responsibility, not political gimmickry.

We must return to sound principled policy based on our Constitutional Republic philosophy of governance, fundamental principles, and proven policies for success, prosperity, and security.

It’s not about attaining political office for me – it’s about a better-engaged and informed electorate regarding the policies that advance America. It is about the oath of office I took many years ago — “to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic and to bear true faith and allegiance to the same.”

And NCPA has so blessed me to be a voice that can have an impact on the future of my country. Folks, it just does not get any better than that!

And as Davy Crockett said — y’all know I am a Tennessee Volunteer — “You all can go to hell, I am going to Texas.” Well, ten years later, I get to go back to Texas, the place of my last Army duty station!

Rest assured, I will continue to make my voice heard on this pages, and to each and every one of you, I shall remain Steadfast and Loyal.

Outsourcing U.S. National Security

The Obama ISIS plan: Outsourcing the US national security in a chaotic world from the files of Colonel Allen B. West

Visit the Allen West Website
I listened to President Obama delivering his strategy for dealing with ISIS and my summation of what Obama stated is simply: “Outsourcing US National Security in a Chaotic World.”

Lots of you here aren’t career military combat warriors, so let me explain why this speech made no sense. Obama said that we are committed to a counter-terrorism strategy and a systematic campaign — but then Obama stated there will be no U.S. combat mission on the ground — although he is deploying another 475 on top of the almost 1,000 troops there now. Folks, you cannot win a counter-terrorism operation without a combat force – it certainly cannot be won from the air.

And what Obama didn’t explain was who will coordinate close air support for these “coalition” partners on the ground — and of course Obama just recently derided the Free Syrian Army as being “doctors, farmers, and pharmacists.”

Our air strikes — and you must understand 150 strikes over a one month period is not a dedicated air campaign — have to be targeted and that means SOFLAM (Special Operations Forces Laser Acquired Munitions) but if there are no American combat troops, none on the ground, then who is doing this critical mission? You cannot destroy a force from 30,000 feet with air power only.

Obama just had to state that this is not going to be another Iraq or Afghanistan. Well, let’s look at that. In Afghanistan a small American force of 600 Special Operators and CIA operatives along with the Northern Alliance routed a Taliban Army of 70,000 along with another 5,000 Al-Qaida enemy forces. That was a successful model which could be used here, but Obama told us again what he was not willing to do.

Now we are going to put our national security trust in surrogate forces? And we’re supposed to send in more trainers for the Iraq Army? Heck, if Obama had supported the generals on the ground and fought to leave a residual force in Iraq, we would have had the trainers there and wouldn’t be in this position!

So now we have to go back in because of his ideological intransigence and “redo” it all over again and try to rebuild the relationships, which have now been broken — as many Sunni tribesmen have enjoined ISIS.

And to state that ISIS is not Islamic? You have to be kidding me. ISIS stands for, first word, “Islamic.” Obama continues to deny and refuse to define the enemy, and that folks is not helpful.

President Obama stated that America is safer — but not according to recent American polling — and certainly not reflected by the beheadings of two Americans, Foley and Sotloff.

Obama borrowed the “no safe haven” phrase from George W. Bush. And in a comparative analysis of coalition building ability, George W. Bush had 37 countries in 2003, but so far Obama only has 9 — and as we reported, one of them is Turkey and they’re already waffling about not joining unless we restrain support to the Kurdish Peshmerga Army — a core element of this strategy.

I was glad to hear Obama state that he would cut off funding — I hope he goes after Qatar with a strategy we have offered here. As well, since the Saudi King Abdullah is so worried, then have him foot the bill for this operation. But, there was no reference to our domestic jihadist recruitment problem and a porous southern border that must be sealed.

Another key point Obama failed to address, as he talked about his highest priority being our security — will Obama stop the decimation of our military force, which finds itself at horribly low levels? That is why I believe Obama’s strategy is about “outsourcing” our national security as he degrades and destroys our military capability and capacity, which we have addressed here.

This is not American leadership at its best, it is American acquiescence and incompetence. You cannot destroy an enemy or conduct a counter-terrorism strategy by hoping someone else will execute it, or by air — and how are we going to increase air strikes? Will we have a dedicated air campaign with countless sorties a day?

The finish to this speech was utterly weak; full of empty rhetoric and pabulum which means nothing to Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi — and it was Russia who sealed the deal to secure Syria’s declared chemical weapons.

Obama asked for our support — he certainly doesn’t secure mine, and he shouldn’t get yours either. Tonight President Barack Hussein Obama proved that polling drives his strategy, because this was supposed to be done midday.

He probably should have, since this was an utter embarrassment and a waste of time. Obama is expanding a combat operation and yet refuses to go to Congress, as George W. Bush did to make a case and secure — by vote — approval. He asked for a blank check for an ambiguous endeavor supporting surrogate forces to handle American business of destroying an enemy who he did not define, which has declared enemy against us.

I fear for my country. We are indeed rudderless amidst a maelstrom.

Equality of opportunity not outcome

My commitment to equality of opportunity, not equality of outcomes from the files of Colonel Allen. B. West

Read Ahead About the Pimps of Poverty
Sunday morning I awoke in Greenwich, Connecticut to a beautiful sunrise. I went for a nice run through Brice Park enjoying the woods and pondering what it must have been like living here during the Revolutionary War.

After my run, I enjoyed breakfast sitting next to a magnificent yacht docked in the harbor. I was invited to Greenwich to present the SPC Gordon Raymond James “Pay it Forward” Award to some very good friends, who have been stalwart in their support to our veterans: Leora and Steve Levy at the Greenwich Polo Club.

In a short 53 years, life has taken me from very humble beginnings, born and raised in an inner city neighborhood in Atlanta, to having breakfast at the Greenwich Harbor. That ladies and gentlemen is the essence of American exceptionalism — which we must fight to ensure remains part of our DNA, the American genetic code for future generations.

And how does this happen? It happens because in this great Constitutional Republic we believe — at least some of us believe — in an equality of opportunity that promotes our ability to succeed regardless of our beginnings.

However, there are those who do not share that same belief, because their concept is rooted in an equality of outcomes whereby government and manipulative progressive socialists determine how far you can go — what you can achieve.
They believe they are the selectors of the winners and losers. It is that belief — equality of outcomes — that falsely motivates people to believe that all they can achieve in America is a minimum wage job, and that it is a career pursuit.
Therefore, in the appalling goal to limit and constrain the outcomes, these people, under the guise of misconceived benevolence, advocate for higher minimum wages — $15 to $22 an hour – in effect, relegating an entire demographic into continued poverty — not greater opportunity.

Countless Americans will come to believe — and it becomes a generational phenomenon — that government will give to them, as they feel entitled, therefore stymieing their own personal ambition, will, desire, and determination to one day sit and have breakfast at Greenwich Harbor.

Today, I am in Long Island to support a fellow veteran and congressional candidate, New York State Senator and U.S. Army Reserve Major Lee Zeldin. And as usual, the progressive socialist Left is attacking Lee for having me come and support him.

Why? Why would these leftists have an issue with a 53-year-old retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and former Member of the U.S. House of Representatives with two masters degrees married for 25 years to a successful financial broker who has an MBA — from Long Island University — and a PhD? Oh yeah, I’m black and my wife Angela is a naturalized American citizen of Jamaican heritage whose father is a retired Army Master Sergeant, and we have two daughters — seniors in college and high school.

Why is that so very threatening to the progressive socialist Left? Because my wife and I represent equality of opportunity — and not servitude and surrender to the liberal progressive welfare nanny-state. Furthermore, we are vocal as black conservatives – and that scares the hell out of those who seek economic enslavement of minorities, not economic empowerment.

They embrace the pimps of poverty who will continue to degrade the American dream for more Angelas and Allens. And that is why the vile vicious attacks ensue as I prepare to join Lee Zeldin, Larry Kaifesh, Dan Bongino, Mia Love, Joni Ernst, Tom Cotton and others in helping them to further the American dream, American exceptionalism. The belief in the equality of opportunity.

Consider this Congressman Tim Bishop (D-NY) who attacked a veteran like Lee Zeldin with an ad putting Lee’s face on the cowardly lion character of the Wizard of Oz. And his attacks on me — a fellow veteran and paratrooper seeking to assist and support another.

It’s all because of a fear of men and women who have made an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. It’s not good for business for progressive socialist politicians whose relationships and closeness to teachers unions and charlatans such as Al Sharpton outweigh a commitment to serve the American people — their constituents.

This is why I am undeterred in my quest to restore this Republic and ensure for future generations their dreams and hopes are secured — the dream of policies promoting growth, opportunity, and promise.

Simply put, I am committed to an endeavor, an effort to secure our nation from its enemies — foreign and domestic — that would keep more young minorities from ever being able to awake and see a sunrise over Greenwich Harbor.

I am dedicated to American exceptionalism — the firm belief in equality of opportunity for Americans, not the subservience of equality of outcomes.

Obama drops six piles of bull***t on NATO

Obama's Latest NATO comments: 6 piles of bovine excrement from the files of Colonel Allen B. West

Visit the Allen West Website
I’m listening to President Barack Hussein Obama read more empty rhetoric and here is my assessment during his NATO press conference as he shoveled it on.

1. He stated that NATO’s “combat” mission in Afghanistan will end in three months — I hope they sent the memo to the Taliban and got their consent. Obama just doesn’t seem to understand the enemy has a vote, and they are not disrupted, defeated, and certainly not destroyed – we’re just quitting again.

2. He stated we’ll defend every NATO ally — he should have expressed how, because Obama’s decision to cancel the missile defense shield sent a very telling message to Eastern Europe and Vladimir Putin.

3. Obama committed to a NATO rapid response force — what forces? I served in 1984-1987 in the NATO Allied Mobile Force (Land) which was comprised of several National Airborne units — mine was based out of Vicenza Italy. Obama is cutting our U.S. military – funny, since he stated that all NATO member countries agreed to a 2 percent of GDP increase in military spending — he ain’t doing it!

4. Obama committed unyielding support to Ukraine and its sovereignty — well, kinda late since Russia has the Crimea and is building a land bridge through eastern Ukraine as well. Obama said support to Ukraine will be via non-lethal support. But in case he hasn’t read his intel briefs, Russian military forces have invaded Ukraine and are using LETHAL force — hence why Ukrainian leader Poroshenko has succumbed to a cease fire. Yes, Russia realizes there are consequences to its actions – which is why Putin continues to advance, as no one is stopping him.
So my assessment from President Obama’s NATO press conference is just more bovine excrement (bulls**t) that upon review makes no sense. I’m listening to the question and answer portion and it’s just painful to listen to Obama without a teleprompter or prepared words. Oh wait, there’s another couple piles.
5. He said we’re going to degrade and defeat, or is it destroy ISIS just like, he claims, we did al-Qaida — who by the way is establishing itself in the Indian subcontinent. Our enemies are laughing at us as long as we keep putting this charlatan on a stage.

6. Oh – and Obama just came up with another new word — we must dismantle them. So which one is it Mr. President — destroy, defeat, disrupt, or dismantle? However, we won’t be placing U.S. forces on the ground — he keeps telling our enemy what he is not willing to do.

Folks, Obama has no clue – or he’s following his grand plan.

Either way, it ain’t good.

ISIS at the Mexican Border

ISIS at the Mexican Border: U.S. attack imminent? from the files of Colonel Allen B. West

ISIS in Mexico
Even while unspeakable horrors are being committed abroad, most people here at home are concerned about the economy. But within a twinkling of an eye we could find ourselves on the precipice of a global conflagration with Islamic totalitarians and their jihadists envoys of terror.

Judicial Watch reports that ”Islamic terrorist groups are operating in the Mexican border city of Ciudad Juarez and planning to attack the United States with car bombs or other vehicle borne improvised explosive devices (VBIED).”

“High-level federal law enforcement, intelligence and other sources have confirmed to Judicial Watch that a warning bulletin for an imminent terrorist attack on the border has been issued.

Agents across a number of Homeland Security, Justice and Defense agencies have all been placed on alert and instructed to aggressively work all possible leads and sources concerning this imminent terrorist threat. Specifically, the government sources reveal that the militant group Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria (ISIS) is confirmed to now be operating in Juarez, a famously crime-infested narcotics hotbed situated across from El Paso, Texas.”

And for those who need a lesson on geography, Ciudad Juarez is right across the river from El Paso Texas which is home to America’s only tank division, the Army’s 1st Armored Division.

But many of you will say, oh don’t be an alarmist. Really? Well, what about this warning from King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia?

As reported by the Washington Times, the king has a stark warning to America: “The Islamic State’s terror will visit American shores in one month if it is not confronted in Syria and Iraq. “If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month and America in another month.

Terrorism knows no border and its danger could affect several countries outside the Middle East. […] It is no secret to you, what they have done and what they have yet to do. I ask you to transmit this message to your leaders: ‘Fight terrorism with force, reason and speed.”

Now, I gotta tell ya, I take anything coming out of Saudi Arabia with more than a grain of skepticism, but there is some truth in what King Abdullah states. And I guess he should know about terrorism coming to America’s shores — since most of the 9-11 terrorists were Saudis. As well, many in the House of Saud are financing ISIS.

Saudi Arabia’s head of state, King Abdullah, issued a dire warning to the West if they choose to ignore the Muslim extremist group the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS). “If we ignore them, I am sure they will reach Europe in a month...

King Abdullah is watching his little Sunni terrorist monster running out of control and he doesn’t want to take any responsibility. The time is coming when we must realize if this enemy comes again to our shores, we must respond without impunity and firm resolve to forever crush Islamo-fascism.

Resolute leadership would force the Arab street to take action itself against ISIS — we all know they possess the capability and resources to do such – but perhaps they, as well as President Obama don’t want to? And so as we again seem directionless, the enemy marches on — and their sponsors become more concerned.

We all remember the economic ramifications of 9-11. Imagine with our current weak economy what such another attack, along a more porous border, could inflict upon our economic system. I know the president yesterday was with his acolytes in Wisconsin — union members – I guess he has a plan for them.

It’s quite disconcerting that Obama — before another friendly crowd of Muslim Brotherhood members — in his 2009 Cairo speech seemed to hint that because of his background, the Islamic world would be very accommodating to his will and wishes — way wrong. As a matter of fact, they’ve seen his retreat as weakness and now since his “pivot” from the Middle East, we find a more explosive region.

We must realize this ISIS issue didn’t just happen two months ago, it has been festering and growing for nearly four years — and dismissed for as many years. Now that the threat is knocking on our door, are we ready to confront it?

Ladies and gents, our economic security is directly related to our national security, the latter being the preeminent responsibility of the federal government.

We can never experience growth, opportunity, and prosperity for the American people if we cannot keep them safe and secure.

That is the challenge we currently face, and my concern is that either the fella in the White House doesn’t have a plan, or the plan he does is for the wrong side.

U.S. officially irrelevant says Allen West

Egypt and UAE bomb Libya without informing Obama from the files of Colonel Allen B. West

Once upon a time the global standing of the United States was respected, regarded and was credible. Of course, Barack Hussein Obama said he would restore America’s reputation and felt the George W. Bush administration had severely damaged our position.

Catch the Allen B. West Website
What Obama really meant was having more countries “like” America, as if our nation were a Facebook page — which amounts to nothing in a world of despots, dictators, theocrats and autocrats. Furthermore, it means your allies become confused and your enemies become emboldened — your trustworthiness plummets as your word means nothing.

And so against that backdrop we learn Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) took action against Islamist forces in Libya and thought nothing of informing the United States. Officials: Egypt, UAE Behind Airstrikes In Libya Egypt and the United Arab Emirates secretly carried out airstrikes against Islamist militias inside Libya, U.S. officials said Tuesday, decrying the intervention as an escalation of the North African country's already debilitating turmoil. They said...

As reported by The Guardian in the UK, “US officials claim the United Arab Emirates and Egypt were behind several air strikes on Islamist militias in Libya last week, in what would be an escalation of a regional power-play between Islamists and opposing governments across the Middle East.

UAE pilots flying out of Egyptian airbases allegedly twice targeted Islamist fighters vying for control of the Libyan capital, Tripoli, last week, US officials claimed to the New York Times and later to the AFP news agency. Speaking to the Guardian, a US official confirmed the reports were plausible.

The air strikes failed to stop Islamist militias from capturing Tripoli later in the week and announcing a new breakaway regime, forcing Libya’s elected government to flee to the eastern city of Tobruk.”

The Guardian reports, “The contested strikes came in two waves. The first arrived on 17 August and hit more than a dozen targets in Tripoli held by Operation Dawn, a coalition of Islamist militias and their allies from the city of Misrata battling against nationalists for control of the city.

The precision of the attacks immediately triggered speculation that foreign jets were involved, prompting denials from France, Italy and Nato. A second wave hit in the early hours of 23 August, killing 17 Misratans and hitting ammunition dumps and the interior ministry building, captured by the Misratans the day before.”

And just who was it who destabilized Libya and handed it over to Islamists? Yep, you guessed it, Barack Hussein Obama — hence why I have referred to him as an Islamist sympathizer. It was Obama who went into Libya and armed Islamist militias and provided them U.S. air support — and now look at the results.

The 2012 attack on the Benghazi Special Mission Compound (SMC) and the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens, Sean Smith, Ty Woods, and Glenn Doherty. We just abandoned the U.S. Embassy in Tripoli as a result of increasing advances of the Islamist militias Obama armed and supported.

And the same group that attacked the SMC, the al-Qaida offshoot — I guess another JV team — Ansar al-Sharia, has claimed an Islamic caliphate in eastern Libya centered in Benghazi. So now you have Egypt, Libya’s neighbor, taking action itself along with the UAE — and remember, as we reported, this same Egyptian government was shunned by the Obama administration because it overthrew the Obama-supported Muslim Brotherhood government.

And it was Obama, who in 2009, ordered Muslim Brotherhood members be seated front and center for his Cairo University speech. As the Guardian says, “Egypt’s military ousted the Muslim Brotherhood – an Islamist group – and has since been cracking down internally on its activities, a tactic pursued for years in the UAE.

Now if indeed Egypt and the UAE have joined to conduct airstrikes in Libya, it means both countries now want to expand the campaign beyond their borders, seeking to curb the rise of brotherhood-affiliated militias threatening to take over Libya. The move could turn Libya into a proxy war between the country’s elected government, backed by UAE and Egypt, and Islamists backed by Qatar, another Gulf state.”

And surprise, surprise — who has been embracing and supporting Qatar? Why, the Obama administration, of course. It’s no secret Qatar has been and continues to be the major bankroller for Islamists in the Middle East — including ISIS. Don’t forget Obama released five senior Taliban leaders to Qatar, and Obama dispatched John Kerry to negotiate with Turkey and Qatar for a Hamas ceasefire. And where does the leader of Hamas reside? Yep, Doha, Qatar.

So what message does Obama send to Egypt and the UAE? That the U.S. supports Islamists and cannot be trusted — hence why they did not advise the Obama administration of their intent and strikes. I say again, Egypt and the UAE does not trust the Obama administration.

As the Guardian says, “the UAE is home to Libya’s foremost nationalist politician, Mahmoud Jibril, while its rival Qatar hosts Ali Salabi, arguably Libya’s most influential Islamist and a backer of the Muslim Brotherhood.

From their respective exiles, Jibril and Salabi have directed an Islamist-nationalist rivalry that has been at the heart of Libya’s politics since the death of Gaddafi in October 2011. Salabi’s Qatari allies trained the Islamist February 17 militia which is now battling nationalist forces in the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi.”

And who was it that the Obama administration contracted out to guard the Benghazi SMC? Yep, the February 17 militia, which we reported here.

Folks, this is all the honest truth.

Obama can shovel all the bovine excrement speeches he wants – like the one he just dumped on the American Legion.

But the facts are clear, we have a treasonous individual residing in the White House who is enabling the Islamist movement in the Middle East. Egypt and the UAE clearly realize that. The question is, when will we?
