Instead of hosting her show, she’s going to be on vacation with her family.
Since the first GOP debate, Kelly has been embroiled in a heated back-and-forth with GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump after he referred to her publicly as ‘a bimbo.’
Kelly said:
“Well it’s been an interesting week and a long six months without a vacation for yours truly. So I’ll be taking the next week and a half spending some time with my husband and kids, trying to relax.
The big challenge is trying to put down the electronica and unplug it. Can you do it when you go on vacation? I am going to try. I am going to try to look at my little ones’ faces and go for bike rides, and play at the beach."
Kelly will return from her vacation on August 24th.
