This isn’t just bad policy, it’s a complete violation of policy due to abject belligerence and tyrannical rule.
However, it wasn’t too long ago I posed a question — what if the Obama administration policy of allowing an influx of tens of thousands of illegal immigrants into America this summer and subsequently dispersing them was related to the mysterious respiratory illness afflicting American children — known as the Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) – in effect a form of biological warfare?
Of course, yours truly was pummeled by those who just don’t want anything to be questioned — even if it’s a policy that has led to the deaths of American children.
This week, Judicial Watch reported, “The “humanitarian crisis” concocted by President Obama to let tens of thousands of illegal immigrant minors stay in the U.S. has fueled a deadly respiratory virus epidemic that’s struck American kids across the country and killed at least nine.
Virtually nonexistent in the U.S. before the recent influx of illegal alien minors, the lethal Enterovirus D68 (EV-D68) is associated with severe respiratory illness and is known to come from Central America. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) from mid-August to the end of October state public health laboratories have confirmed a total of 1,105 people in 47 states and the District of Columbia with respiratory illness caused by EV-D68.
What the agency conveniently omits is that the deadly virus was first discovered in cities with large numbers of relocated illegal immigrant minors, officially identified by the government as Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC).”
I’m utterly amazed by the media’s complete lack of coverage on this. And in the case of a possible executive amnesty order, this issue takes on a whole new meaning — a policy that has resulted in spreading an epidemic across our country. It’s as if we’re being distracted by the “Ebola crisis” while we’re not heeding what’s happening to our children.
Here are the facts not being promulgated.
Judicial Watch writes, “The EV-D68 epidemic coincides with the barrage of Central American minors that entered the U.S. through Mexico over the summer. Hundreds of American kids have been sent to hospital emergency rooms in more than 40 states with unprecedented polio-like paralysis associated with EV-D68.
By September 8 hospitals in a dozen states were reporting cases of EV-D68-like infections and by mid-September 153 patients were confirmed as having the virus in 18 states, the news site reports. By October 538 victims-mostly young children-were confirmed to have EV-D68 in 43 states, according to information provided by the CDC, and by the end of the month confirmed infections reached 998.
That’s 300 times the infection rate during a period that spanned more than three decades, from 1970 to 2003.”
Over at the Daily Caller, they’ve postulated on the issue of relating this epidemic to the Obama open border policy saying,
“The question can be settled if federal researchers study the genetic fingerprint of the EV-D68 viruses that first hit kids in Colorado, Missouri and Illinois to see if they are close relatives to the EV-D68 viruses found in Central America. Officials ”have to do the genetic analysis” to disprove or prove the link, Nora Chapman, an enterovirus scientist at the University of Nebraska, told The Daily Caller.”
This topic represents a huge elephant in the room that health specialists don’t want to discuss. The Daily Caller says, “a series of government researchers, health experts and academics refused to comment, or else urged self-censorship, when they were pressed for statistical and scientific data that would exonerate Obama and his deputies.
“I would just steer away from that— it is not helpful, so why bring it up,” said Lone Simonsen, a professor at George Washington University’s Department of Global Health and the research director of the university’s Global Epidemiology Program.
“A better angle [is] ‘We’re just learning what this outbreak is all about,’” she told The DC. Columbia University researcher Rafal Tokarz, one of the nation’s top experts on the EV-D68 virus, declined to comment to TheDC about the impact of Obama’s border policies.
“I cannot comment… and at this time it would not be appropriate for me to do so… I would really rather not comment,” he said in email conversations.”
Could this truly be a massive cover up by our own government — while our own children who are being sickened? Why not do the genetic analysis and confirm or deny the originating point for this current EV-D68 virus?
Can this be just another instance of politics overriding policy in America? Failure to rectify this situation through genetic analysis only spurs on the growing mistrust of the Obama administration — and this is a valid inquiry, not “tin foil hat” speculation – isn’t the health of our own children worth resolving this issue?
Or can it be that no one wants a “panic” moment at a time when it seems the president wants to push amnesty — and who approved the dispersion of these UACs across our country in the first place? Shouldn’t they have been quarantined, checked for health issues and possibly vaccinated?
We’re so focused on the Ebola issue and while the EV-D68 virus is far less dangerous than Ebola, it also may be harder to counter because it has now spread throughout the United States. There is no vaccine for EV-D68, so health experts expect more victims.
So just look at the picture of Jayden Broadway, 9, who was diagnosed with EV-D68 in early October.
Is this what we have become in America? This is shameful.
